i’m not all knowing about vehicles but i feel very confident and comfortable going into this place and knowing i will be helped accordingly. i also appreciate that if they don’t have a part i am in need for my car they will redirect me to somewhere that might have it in stock. this store is one of the first places my dad goes to check if he can purchase a part. it’s an awesome store and this comes from someone who knows little to nothing about vehicles.

Great customer service and follow up! I was assisted by Michael, he provided excellent customer service. I purchased a battery and a brake/blinker light. Michael was able to install both of these items in my husbands truck. I had called around comparing prices and Eagle Auto Parts had the best prices around!! Michael called to follow up on a question I had. Thank you so much for your help today and will be making this our go to auto parts store! Again great overall service!

Can't stand this store. they quoted me one price on the phone for a new battery for my car but when I got there it was $50 more and they tried to say they quoted the won't battery on the phone!!
