Be careful here. They overcharge if they are in a bad mood apparently.
Had gotten my car towed and was met with a rude guy just complaining that he had to be there. Asked what the price was to get it out and he angrily said over $400 because he'd rather be in bed. His words specifically. Over $400 for a car in the middle of a town. This place isn't even a city.
Called to get an estimate and I got hung up on 3 times. When I finally got someone, they told me I shouldn’t call if I don’t know exactly what I need. (I know what I need. Just needed a tow from where to live to a specific place)
Worst people ever!!! No concept of customer care and they don’t seem to like women either!! All they do is degrade and yell at their female customers! Never again!!
Called several times and told to call back in an hour to an hour and twenty minutes. Called again to have to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. Finally went there with No one availabl and had to wait for someone to get there. That was another twenty minutes.
Unfortunately our truck died right by deciples crossing in the middle of summer. We called Athens Wrecker service and had the best expierence. They were quick, efficient and took really good care of us and our vehicle. Would definitely recommend if you're having car troubles!
Absolutely great service! Mr Joe was very helpful, and gentle with loading my car up on his truck. My ball joint broke and ripped my CV axle out of the transmission which made it very difficult but he did an amazing job! Awesome pricing! I recommend 100%
This wrecker service is a rip off. I have a two door car and got towed for 7 hours. They did not follow the TDLR guidelines. Charged me $380 and it should have been only $300. Never use them majestic would be so much better.
I didn't catch the name of the guy that unlocked my truck but it took less that 5 minutes to get here and less that 1 minutes to unlock it. Thank you sir!!
They picked up our vehicle and delivered it to the body shop we chose for repair work and we never even met them. In our time of having a crazy day we had no hassle from them. I would say that is a trust worthy company!!!!

Stranded on a holiday weekend three hours from home and Athens Wrecker was awesome. They responded quickly and the driver Colt went above and beyond to help us out. Colt was very professional and went the extra mile to get us back on the road. I would recommend Athens Wrecker to my grandma if she were stranded in Athens.
Worst people I have ever talked to in my life. I called to talk to them about a car that had been towed in my name that I did not own and the guy I talked to in the phone was very rude and would not help me at all. I don’t know how this place stays in business.
Thank you Athens Wrecker for driving all the way to our house (near Baxter) to pick up my truck and take it to Bacon Auto. Scooter took excellent care of me and my truck. I appreciate the extra effort he took to make sure the limbs in the driveway didn't scratch up the paint.
Very professional! I stuck my tractor and pickup in the backside of a 60 acre field. They were here within minutes and pulled me out without damaging anything. Will definitely use again and will recommend to everyone!
Excellent service, very nice, does not over-charge, very fair. I had a flat tire in my F-250 and couldn't get the wheel off at 9 pm on a Monday night. I called them. 15 minutes later they were there to help. He helped me pop off my wheel and refused to take any money. I wasn't any trouble.
The guy was young, clean and polite.
If you've ever dealt with a wrecker service they usually surly, and take every advantage to not only charge but to overcharge.. Fantastic Folks!
