Won't recommend, overcharged for a service I was already paying for, they impounded my truck and left my drivers at a truck stop while I was trying to pay for the service, tried to communicate they won't respond.
After being scammed by a third-party company, we called Commercial Towing Services. Jonathan and his team were amazing, they worked tirelessly to rescue our tanker from a really tight and dangerous situation. 10/10 would recommend if you ever need towing services!

I received a lot of help from a very kind and courteous man, Mister John Wheeler. It was by far the best service regardless of the situation. Would definitely recommend commercial towing services.
Earlier this week I got into an accident and had left some sentimental stuff in my car. It was very easy to show up and meet somebody to take me to my car. The driver Jacob even jumped it for me so that I could get out a CD I got from my brother. Commercial towing is a very reliable place. This is my second incident that i’ve needed them and i’ve never had an issue.

The staff was nice and very polite BUT they seem really disorganized and some of their policies are hugely inconveniencing. You can't drive your vehicle into the yard. That means if you are towed there for a wreck, you must pack up everything from the vehicle and carry it out of the yard to your vehicle. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and we still had to wait a substantial amount of time to be allowed into the yard to retrieve vehicle contents. We had to wait for the flatbed driver to pick up cars from the yard and then deposit and offload where he carried them out of the gate. This was while several other employees were just standing in the yard talking. I've never been to another tow yard that made people wait like that to get access to their vehicle.

Your driver Tucker Kane showed up to tow my work vehicle that had broken down. He was professional and very knowledgeable on what he was doing for being as young as he is. He told me that he loved his job and was happy to work for such a great company, he had a great attitude which made the service
