Handles cars, trucks and people very well! Between Tom and Sandy, I was genuinely impressed with the kindness, immediate response and vast knowledge for my accident and towing needs. They provided a fantastic service in an industry that sometimes is hard to like. I gave my teenage daughter their card for her wallet because I wouldn’t trust anyone but them to get her safely home. In Kyle and Hays Co, I’d save their number for all roadside needs!

This company made a car crash so much easier of a thing to work through. They were able to work with my families schedule, allowed me time to get things out of my vehicle, and were understanding when the salvage yard didn't show and plans changed. Most of the time dealing with tow places is horrible and the people try to turn a bad day into worse but this small lot is full of honest down to earth humans beings just doing their job

This is a family run business ran by the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. They have helped me several times by towing a couple of my vehicles and they are simply the best. It's the only call you need to make and you don't need to worry about anything. Your vehicle will be taken care of and you will be treated like family.

AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! My mother’s car broke down leaving my 90yo grandmother at home alone. I called Interstate and told them the situation. They had a driver there ASAP and got mom back home. Then the driver went the extra mile and offered to look under the hood to see if it was something obvious. He pointed out a broken alternator belt. Mom was able to get a friend’s son to replace it for her. I live three hours away and the thought of mom being stranded for a long period of time and Gram being alone was terrifying. These guys are truly a blessing.

The people at this company are so nice and quick response time! Sandy is amazing and understanding of my situation and got me help quick! Eddy and Tom are both very nice and get the job done quick! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you need towing they are the place to call. Amazing!
Needing towing services is never pleasant, but working with Sandy and Tom is a delight. The ignition broke and stranded my car in a Walgreens parking lot. The front wheels were locked. Tom was masterful in his handling of my car onto his flat bed. When we couldn't drop my car at my house he offered to take it to the mechanic at no extra charge. After we dropped the car he offered me a ride back to my house. Both Tom and Sandy provided great customer service, and I highly recommend them if you ever need towing services.
The owners of this company are amazing and really helped me on a Sunday when my daughter's vehicle broke down. They were amazing when an Austin dealership couldn't be bothered to look at her car after we had an appointment made and didn't even think twice when I asked him to turn around and go to San Antonio with the car. I highly recommend this business should you ever have the need for towing.
Believe the 5-star ratings!! Needed a tow company to tow my vehicle from my house to a local repair shop. In under one hour, my vehicle was picked up and safely dropped off at the shop. I chose Interstate Towing based on the great reviews and I was not disappointed in any way. My first contact was Sandy. She was friendly, professional, informative and took the time to explain the procedure. A real gem!! Tom, the tow driver was also friendly and professional. He took great care in loading my vehicle on to his truck. Even complimented how good my lawn looked!! From out of town, arrived in Buda after a 5hr drive. After I pumped fuel at HEB my car wouldn't shift into drive. Interstate Towing far exceeded our expectations! Sundays are special and sacred days in the great state of Texas, and all across this great country - as a day to spend worshipping, in church and with family, but we had an emergency towing need come up, and was so grateful Sandy and her team were both available and willing to help. My husband and I were driving our newly purchased classic car home from Austin to New Braunfels when we had an frightening incident with the car. My husband managed to veer the car to the tiny shoulder of I-35. We called several towing companies to help (none would come) except for Interstate Towing and Rescue of Kyle. This company was hands down the most caring, concerned and proactive towing service we have known. Sandy responded immediately to our call and even arranged for a Fire truck to ensure all of our safety while our car was disabled on the side of I-35.Tom was there in minutes (very friendly and helpful) and managed to get our car up onto his tow truck and all the way home, and even waited for us to arrive home and helped us get the car into our garage. TOP marks 10/10 to this company-I would recommend them to everyone!

When I got sandwiched on the highway and I couldn't move my vehicle, I quickly called Interstate Towing. Not only were they there super quickly, they contacted the local PD and were so calming and talked me through how to be safe when there was no shoulder to pull into. Then the next day, then I was cleaning out my vehicle for the body shop, they were gentle, caring, and gave me great tips. I'm very grateful to their quick help! The offices are to the right of the yard.
Broke down in San Marcos and most of the nearby towing services had negative reviews. Based on google reviews I contacted interstate towing a few miles up the highway in Kyle instead. They towed my car to a nearby mechanic. Sandy was super professional and courteous in coordinating the service for me. Quickly sent the receipt I needed for insurance reimbursement. Edward towed the car quickly and easily, no issues. I recommend them!
We had to abandon our vehicle in the Feb '21 snow fiasco in a remote location on a rural road. Being from out of town all we could do was look up a local two service and picked Interstate based on best Google reviews. I left the key with Interstate and told them where the car was the best I could and they went out, risking life and limb and recovered the car for us quickly. Very pleased with the outcome of a very precarious situation. Excellent work by a very trustworthy team.

I was greeted and made sure my Cadillac would get towed safely and walked me through the tie down process and explained to me what was next. I contacted Interstate Towing & Recovery of Kyle and spoke with Tom after my son was in accident. His first question was if my son was okay. He was so kind and had a truck at the scene of the accident within 30 minutes. The driver Eddie was great and brought the truck all the way back to a body shop in our home town. Tom stayed in contact with me throughout the process and emailed an invoice for insurance purposes. I was very pleased with service we received and I highly recommend Interstate Towing & Recovery of Kyle.
