I cannot reccommend this towing company enough!! Steve was very friendly and helpful. He gave me thorough information regarding their rates and even figured the total for me beforehand. He was able to schedule me right away. Very quickly I received a call from the guy that was going to be picking up my vehicle and said he was on his way. My wait time was not long at all, considering I was pretty far out of "the city." They arrived very promptly. I hate it that I can't remember the guy's name that arrived to tow my car but he was very friendly and professional, and was taking great care when loading my car. My vehicle was taken to a dealership and I received a text letting me know that the drop off was complete... Having to have your car towed is never a fun experience, but these guys SURE made it a lot less painful with their professionalism, promptness, thourough and friendly service. Thanks guys!!
This was by far, the fastest to respond, towing service. I called to request pricing prior to moving forward and they were extremely helpful and fast to schedule. I was thinking it was going to be a few hours for them to show up (as that's been my past experience with other tows) and the driver called me less than 30 minutes later to say he was out front. Very professional. Highly recommend Harpers tow!

Best in the game!!! Harper himself came out to pickup a classic and managed to get it out of a tight spot without a scratch! Very welcoming demeanor and true pros at what they do.
It sucks to have to tow your vehicle, but when you do it is nice to know that you're in good hands. Our truck broke down in Pedernales Falls State Park and we had little phone service to call for help. We were able to get a hold of Harper's and they came to get us shortly after. Thank you for your help during a stressful time
I broke down the night before (wheelbearing on my dually), I called another local company, whom was AWFUL to say the least.. then I called Harper's...They were amazing! From The communication with the lady in the office, who was super helpful, it was a painless process!!! She took on my stress and made it happen! Steve came out in the freezing rain, he waited on me near my home to grab the keys, picked up my truck and delivered it to my house right where I asked him to put it, since I had to work, and made sure I was completely satisfied! I will MOST DEFINITELY use their service from here on out! Thank you both again!
Jon was the best! We had a situation where we could not get a really nice car out of the garage. He used his creativity and experience to get the car out and all parties involved were happy. He made the impossible happen! Highly recommend
Best service Ever!
Needing a tow usually means:
1. My car is disabled.
2. This is not in the budget.
3. I’m now in a pretty poor mood. (Understatement)
4. Adding to my frustration and expense: I’m out of town and am staying 60+ miles away from the work shop where my car is being taken over the weekend until Tuesday.
You get the point; It was a bad day. Until I called Harper’s and Shona, my tow truck driver came into the picture.
She. Was. Awesome.!!
I’m still a bit surprised (the next evening) that she managed to elicit, not just smiles, but a couple good laughs when I had been in such a bad mood.
That said, yes, her personality was stellar but her knowledge and professionalism surpassed my expectations.
