Wednesday dec 27 2023 i bought a car 7500 put 3100 down it was a 2014 Chevy Cruz ran good but when i got home there was old leaking i had the car towed to them from throckmorton and for 7 days they had the car due to the new year of 2024 i received the car back on friday January 5,2024 it look good drove great and decided to take my kids to Wichita Falls for dinner as i was in Wichita Falls the check engine light came on so i spoke to sammy and let him know whats going on he told me to get it checked out so i stopped at auto zone the autozone employee check it and told me its 2 sensor and the turbo was down powered so the next day i took the car back to the lot and gave sammy the paper on what was wrong sammy started getting extremely mad over the situation yelling at me that AutoZone was there to sell parts So I talked to Casey Casey said that he was just gonna refund me my down payment And when I asked him if he had any other cars, I might be interested in he said I was too picky for them so i recieved my down payment back i only had the car 2 days where i could drive it and i wasnt being picky i have been screwed over too many times by people so i just think they could of treated me lot better then saying im too picky and yelling at me for something i only got 2 days with i did file a complaint with the bbb and the transportation of texas or whatever its called and i will let them deal with it i dont know why they expected me to pay all that money for problems i earn that money and yes i like the car but too many problems and yes im going to be a picky person after this car already broke down the first day im paying good money for that car i expect it to last me atleast way longer then a day so i would not recommend them to anyone and if you do go there i would suggest to make sure you bring a ace mechanic with you and also be aware all there trucks are high mileage and some of there cars are too but i know now not to go there again
