Our gmc3500 truck which was pulling our 5th wheel, broke down on i35. Our insurance dropped the ball and left us stranded for 19+ hours. The one thing the insurance did right was to have Classic Towing and Recovery haul Our truck to a repair shop. From the minute John arrived he made sure we were safe and happy while he helped us navigate the local repair shops and campgrounds. John really went above and beyond - including checking in with us later on to make sure we were still okay and had everything we needed. I can't even begin to tell you how helpful that was for out of towners. John's driving was professional and the rig was immaculate
Unfortunately we are headed out of town as soon as our truck is fixes. But if we were to stay in West we would use Classic Towing and Recovery for all of our Towing needs...and based on his professionalism we would be asking for John each time!
Yesterday my Nissan Armada developed problems in Hillsboro. Called AAA and they dispatched one of your drivers, Brett, to take us to a local shop, which he did. Just wanted you to know Brett was not only professional but personable, we are very appreciative of his help.
John was excellent and very kind!! He helped me and my girlfriend move out of the way of oncoming traffic and was so patient and informative! He explained everything to us and even helped us find a way to get my car all the way to my apartment. He worked with us and supplied speedy and reliable service!! Thank you-James
My car broke down on our trip out of town, John was quick to the scene and helped. He took my car, my boys and me to the nearest auto shop and even stayed to talk to the mechanic with me. I felt at ease with him and truly appreciated the help.

We broke down at a rest stop and a tow truck was dispatched and there within 45 minutes. Our driver - Landon - I believe - was excellent- knew exactly how to get the vehicle on the truck and towed to the destination.
My car stalled on 35 and AAA estimated 2 hours before a tow truck would arrive. Jon was there in less than an hour and quickly got my car loaded up. He was an excellent driver and very personable and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances and would highly recommend this company, and Jon especially, to anyone in need.
Jon is the best! He really cared about our situation and went above and beyond what you would expect when calling for a tow. We didn't know the area, so he even helped arrange a mechanic to meet us, since out AAA plan wouldn't go more then 7 miles. He helped us figure it a safe place for us to go and made sure we were okay when he dropped us off. He cared enough to ask us to ask of an update later that day. Jon was a total God send! I wish there were more people like him!
John took outstanding.care of my classic vehicle. He worked really hard to make sure it was loaded and delivered properly. These were some tight spaces too! I’m so glad that he was there to handle it. Even when I was nervous, he was calm and under control. I am so appreciate for his work!

I called AAA for road service and requested if the towing company could possibly bring three gallons of water because It appeared that my 2007 Ford Expedition overheated from the top radiator hose slipping off the neck and losing radiator fluid. Sure enough the driver, Stephen White with Classic Towing & Recovery came out with three gallons of waters that he purchased and I was able to be the hose back on with Stephen’s help, got my truck started and filled with it with water and I was on my way. I had a blow out on I-35 and John was fantastic. He arrived super fast and took such great care with the tow! I highly recommend John and this company!
John was amazing. Easy to talk to and work with. He got my car with a blown out tire onto the truck bed within 2 minutes and he drove me to my destination 83 miles away. Great to talk to along the way and super helpful. He is the best driver I've had.

John absolutely went above and beyond when helping assist me with a tow of my Tesla. Couldn’t have been more friendly and made a stressful situation so much less worrisome. I’d also like to say he was able to safely deliver the vehicle into a garage bay that led him less than 1.5 inch of clearance on either side!!! 5 star service and would definitely recommend his service to any one who asked!
My daughter’s car broke down on her way to Waco this evening. John was there with his rig faster than the AAA expected time of arrival. He had the car gathered and back at our house with more ease than we could have ever done. I’m so grateful for the work they do! John was very accommodating and works quickly!

I support a medical device that is placed in patients before surgery to help the doctor locate cancer. Well I live in out of town and was heading to assist a Radiologist in placing this device on a patient who was going to have surgery on Monday so (tomorrow) Friday is our last option to get this device placed. Brett came to take a look at my tire to see if he could just air it up and realize that there was a large gash in it, I asked him if he knew someone who may be able to fix it after hours since my patient was to be done at 730 in the morning and he said he did so he spoke with a guy and the guy told him he could take a look at it. He was able to fix it and I was able to get on my way but the best part is that no matter what Brett told me one way or another, he would get me to Austin because he did not want my flat tire to affect the patient it warms my heart that God continuously provides exactly what we need when we need it not only did they fix my tire and send me on my way but the man who came to his shop after hours just to fix my tire didn’t even charge me for it I don’t know about y’all but it sounds like I had a few angels near me Thank you both so very much for helping me !!!!

Noticed one of my rear tires just completely deflated (thankfully while pumping gas at the Hillsboro Bucees!!) while I was still an hour north from home. AAA sent Classic Towing out. Got to me around 5:45pm and he worked out a plan to find a place with my SUV’s tire in stock. Started heading toward Waco while I called around. Found a location with the right tire and open late enough. Quick and easy unload of my car.
