Great Customer service!!! Working with Ali and Kyle. Great people to work with, very understanding and helpful. Purchased a engine with them but upon inspection of the engine when it arrived was not what was I suspected. Call back and they were able help try to find another engine but no luck. They were able to give me a full refund, which I was happy with.
Recently bought an axle from this junkyard, and I was impressed with the experience. The place was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. I bought a rear axle from here. Ofcourse used but it is on my vehicle now and I have not had any issues they do offer 6 month warranty. Fingers cross it last long. I think the guys who helped me was Mitchell was very helpful.

these guys a scammers, worst customer service ever, guy at the front i think his name is Cory, he is such a tool, no idea how to talk to a customer, his words” i get paid by commission , so I'm not getting paid by helping you”, , and also they will charge your card multiple times, don’t make any purchase from this place!!!!
I have had 4. Count them. Four transmissions from this place for the same car in 6 months. The most recent left me stranded a thousand miles from home. I have been stuck in Houston for 2 weeks now and can't get home because this mickey mouse outfit is taking their time shipping a replacement. DO NOT USE THIS POOR EXCUSE FOR A PARTS SUPPLIER!
to get through you need to spend half a day when they answer the sellers answer phone calls very badly and then put you on hold and you can wait for 30 minutes, they sent a spare part all dented and scratched
I Was on the phone with a gentleman at 4:21pm on 04/24/24 trying to ask about a part for my landcruiser when he immediately said they don’t have that car and hung up on me. Wouldn’t even let me ask about other vehicle that have the exact part. Wish the place didn’t have such bad employees.

Do not buy from them. I bought a $4500 motor, had it 2 days at the mechanic. Mechanic installed it and has low compression in 2 cylinders. They say the heat tabs are melted. Mechanic pulled motor and sent better photos showing the heat tabs are intact. They said they will not change out motor. Warranty on the invoice is a joke. Only but as is from them. They do not stand behind what they sell. Heat tab photos attached.

I wish I had zero-star option. Houston location sales rep Gabriel wasn't helpful to us. We made a purchase over $3000 and we noticed that there were missing parts on bumpers, which we showed him right there and he said he would refund the money if we bought parts from other vendors, it been 2 weeks and he hasn't not been responsive to our calls, nor email which we have been sent to him, and he did promise to pay back to us and he hasn't. this is not fair on Fenix parts to cheat customers with high price and don't provide quality products. Please think before buying from these people.
I ordered part all the time but every time I have to wait next day delivery but they keep saying new driver !!!
Really disappointed what is got to do with the directions and been new driver this is not customers problem don’t waste time just fixed or don’t call to confirm you are on the way and tell me tomorrow how is going to pay employee time shop expenses????

Thank you for the great customer service and finding the parts to my truck that I needed desperately and making it easy for me. When other were short they came through. Go to them before anyone else.
Very bad experience. When u become brand or no one looking what your employees doing that will happen. Don’t expect anything customer service. Make sure u call them 3-4hrs before and try to call them again and again if they have the part then you move but still no guarantee that u will get your part. I know it’s be confusing that what happened to me it’s been 3days I paid gentleman at the counter told me that transaction voided but till now no money in my account.
Customer service in store needs training, tremendous training. Over the phone service from the call center is on point like other big name used part stores. John at ext. 501244 is a great salesman who knows great customer service and how to fix others mistakes promptly.
They DO NOT SELL at this location. The young man who is working there and told me this was nice and polite...but they say OPEN UNTIL 5PM but they don't tell you it is just for online purchases orders. It would be nice if they told people on google map they are actually NOT open for in store sales. 99% of my rating are really POSITIVE, but this time I cant do it.
DO NOT do business with these people unless you get parts RIGHT When you pay for them. They gave me a run around for 4 days!! $1200 and then didn't deliver when they said and then LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER. They lied to me about delivery about what happened to stall delivery and then lied about the delivery on the 2nd go around. Will never go there again I will drive to DFW just to spend money before here!! Then said 3 days for refund but kept saying "oh I forgot to refund it ill do it today" and took 2 weeks to get the refund!

I ended up using this mechanic because the price was great and Chuck sounded like he knew what he was walking about. My truck needed a considerable amount of front end damage fixed. The repair took longer than expected but I understand that can be common in this industry.
I showed up the first time Chuck said the truck was ready. Before I even got in the truck for a test drive I noticed several of the parts were uneven. Chuck admitted the error and took the truck back for further repairs. I came back roughly 3 weeks later to pick the truck up again. This time, the morning of picking up the truck, he texts me asking for and additional $1,400. Easily told him no to that.
The truck seemed OK but then things went downhill. Battery died the next day, I can hear wind through the door and windshield sealing, fender trim has come loose, one of the automatic side mirrors doesn't work, keyless ignition no longer works, and here's the biggest one.... The idiots installed the wrong headlights!!!! They look right but they don't fit my model truck. Of course one of the front turn signal bulbs went out within a week (the bulb actually exploded) and when I went to replace it I find that the bulb that is meant for that truck doesn't fit inside the headlight assembly. The idiot mechanics literally pried open the assembly, incorrectly installed the bulb, then resealed it and hoped I wouldn't notice. The other headlight went out shortly after. I contacted Chuck immediately and explained the problem. He apologized and offered to have me bring in the truck to fix it. I'm unable to bring it in so he offered to mail me the new headlights so I could do it myself. This was 2 months ago.... I've contacted him 4 times and each time he claims he's shipping it out the next day. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
This was a very frustrating and upsetting g experience..not sure if it was because I am a woman they felt the service didn’t matter. I was looking for wheels for my challenger and Jesse was the one who waited on me The wheels he ordered took longer than was told to arrive first of all but after picking them up and taking to have installed the real issues began. The wheels could not be installed because they were for a Chevy camera and not my Dodge Challenger! I called to let them know I was returning them with a letter from the tire place who was trying to install them ( this was within a few hours from picking them up) and was told if I did not want to order some more there would be a 20% restocking fee!!! WHAT????
20 % fee for THEIR MISTAKE!!!! I was totally shocked and was told that was the only way .
Not only did they charge me the 20% fee they did not refund my sales tax on the purchase
I made at least 4 calls during all this ....I understand that if I had given the information on specific wheels and part number the mistake would have been mine but Jesse was the one who took my car information and ordered the WRONG ones so HOW was this my fault??? Sometimes exceptions have to be made for customer service when the ERROR is in the BUSINESS’ fault !!! I will not recommend this place to anyone!! Beware especially the ladies!!!!!!!!
I've gone to this place for years! Always has what I need and at a cheap price. My wife and i stopped by for a door switch. We took a seat and waited, which was no big deal. It took awhile but, long story short ended up getting the part free just for having to wait as ling as did.
Semi long wait time, but the pricing and parts are extremely good! Plus they will pull the parts for you and if it will take too long for your schedule or you don't have a truck to take the parts home with, then they'll actually delivery the parts to your home for free!

Needed an engine asap and they were the only ones that visually verified that they had one on hand.
Drive up the next day in a rental truck ready to pay and take the engine that same day (I hoped). Unfortunately since they were a bit busy, they couldn't promise that it'd be ready that day.
The guy offered to deliver the engine to my house the next day since I only had the pick up for one day.
We made a deal and the next day, at 9 am the engine arrived at my house. All the way in Stafford. That blew my mind.
This is definitely one of the best salvage yards I have done business with. Highly recommend them.
These guys have their gig down. Plan on showing up the day before taking you car apart and pay in advance for the part to be pulled. This is not a pick and pull. If you want to return a part make sure you communicate and ask before buying it. You will never get a refund but that may allow credit toward another purchase.
Been dealing with this fine bunch of people for twenty years. The service is second to none. There have been times I could not make it to Charlie's. However was able to pay for parts over the phone. Special arrangements were made and someone that was working late was kind enough to give me my parts. The Service is real and they understand the value of keeping a long time customer. The service was just terrible. I don't normally do these poor ratings but it has to be done. These people would tell me my truck would be done one day and delay it when it came to that date, this happened atleast 4 times. My vehicles was only suppose to be with them for about 2 weeks max, they kept it for about 2 months. Everytime they said something would be fixed I went and checked myself and it wasn't. Terrible service and not reliable. Would not recommend this shop to a friend.
I was helping a friend get some more life out of their family vehicle. We needed a rear end. They had several available. We opted for the one with the lowest mileage for a extra $100. Thought we were getting a good part. ( And I am sure they thought they were selling a good part.). After we put it in it was evident after some trouble shooting that it had a bad bearing. I don't blame them. However when my friend took it back to get a different one he helped pull the replacement off of the vehicle, and there was nothing they could do on the price. We could have gone to a pick and pull and got it for half price . But once you purchase a part here no refunds. Not that satisfied with the service.
