I’m very disappointed with Fenix Auto Parts. I paid $135 for a quarter glass, and after three days they told me they didn’t have the part and said they refunded my money. But instead of a refund, they charged me again. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered or called me back. This experience was very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope they improve their customer service and refund process.
I highly recommend Eric, who works as a salesman . I had an excellent experience thanks to his professionalism, honesty, and extensive knowledge of the inventory.
Crazy set up, made payment for my car parts and they said that it will take 24 hours to be picked up and they'll call, yet they didn't call which I called in and a Guy Called Gabriel was the person I paid the previous day so the transfered me to him and he said that the parts is ready and I drove more than an hour and 30 minutes to pick up but, to my greatest surprise they can't find the parts of my car, now I am asking them to refund me back they said that they can't find the Manager and some said that they don't know who's the manager. I will advise that you don't visit or pay this people.
Not a Fan of paying first and not being able to go grab my own parts like I could when it was Charlie's Very happy with the Center Console I recently purchased

Not all Hero's wear capes. Matt B., one of your sales reps saved my butt. I was working on my mother in-laws bucket. Snapped off the ear of a alternator. She is a evil woman. If that bucket was not running by EOD, I would be better off telling my wife I cheated on her. All was saved though. Matt B. You are my Hero, man. I highly recommend this business.

Fenix had a part I needed on short notice. They gave a great price and drove to pick it up. Had to wait a few minutes for them to pull it but they were very friendly. Got the part I needed, and fixed my car. I would buy again from Fenix auto recyclers.
Great Customer service!!! Working with Ali and Kyle. Great people to work with, very understanding and helpful. Purchased a engine with them but upon inspection of the engine when it arrived was not what was I suspected. Call back and they were able help try to find another engine but no luck. They were able to give me a full refund, which I was happy with.

I bought a rear axle from here. Ofcourse used but it is on my vehicle now and I have not had any issues they do offer 6 month warranty. Fingers cross it last long. I think the guys who helped me was Mitchell was very helpful.

these guys a scammers, worst customer service ever, guy at the front i think his name is Cory, he is such a tool, no idea how to talk to a customer, his words” i get paid by commission , so I'm not getting paid by helping you”, , and also they will charge your card multiple times, don’t make any purchase from this place!!!!
