I was stranded in a parking lot a few miles away. My clutch had gone out, which was the master cylinder, and they had one in stock. The reason I mention that is because I have an older Jeep and usually you don't find very many parts stores that will have it in stock. When I was finally able to get there the person helping me was helpful and patient with me since it was late, I was tired and scatter brained. Ha!

I need it to return some parts from my brakes. I didn't have my receipt and the guy helped me to find the information on the computer he was super nice. I was impressed. He was so nice. I was having a bad day he made my day. I'm grateful. Thank you very much ☺️

I definitely recommend Zack! He was super helpful and was super cheerful on the hot Texas day. He replaced our battery and installed it for us while being so kind to us.

Zack is our hero!!! He installed our battery on our dead car in the heat and it seemed like it was a bit of a pain because of where the battery is, but he was so helpful and did it all with a smile! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! The world needs more employees like Zack!!

I just wanted to say what great customer service Zach provided ! I had a turn signal blinker out and was so happy he was able to change it out for me! He was so friendly and super knowledgeable! So grateful!

I had been having issues with my Jeep dying and not holding a charge, I took it to Firestone to have them check the alternator and they advised that they could not do so without me purchasing a new battery. I called this location since I had purchased my battery there and knew it was still under warranty. I explained the whole situation to Amy, the store Manager. She told me to pick up my Jeep bring it in and she would test my alternator, battery and starter. I did exactly that and she had everything checked in less than 5 minutes, the battery had low voltage (bad). She said she was not going to take a chance on me being stranded so she got a new battery and installed it. I was there total less than 30 mins. She is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. As long as she is the store manager I will continue to go back to this location!

Amy is the best helper i have ever experienced at any auto parts shops.ive been at this for over 20 plus yrs and she has always helped me and has gone out of her way to make sure I am taken care of and have what I need before I leave the store.

Manager Amy helped me a great deal this morning, sorting me for an exhaust manifold to continue my long haul move from NC to CA. Grateful for her kindness and expertise coordinating the part delivered via uber pickup which worked flawlessly. Local expertise much, much appreciated

I went into the store today to purchase me a new battery. A nice young man named Quentin helped me; he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He even uninstalled and installed my battery for me. And all with a positive and upbeat attitude. I recommend anyone to come to O'Reilly!

O'Reilly doesn't help with replacing your battery like Auto Zone. They will loan you tools but that is all. The guy missed out on a $100 tip plus future business. Now I know why auto zone stays busy and nobody is at O Reilly

I found motor oil for my generator here when 6 other places were out (in the aftermath of Beryl). But more than that, the employees were amazingly helpful and friendly. The store looked clean, organized, and well stocked too.

I want to say thank you to Mason for his professionalism and for helping me expeditiously with my new door lock actuator. He also insured that I received a military discount. Thank you so much for your professionalism and respect for such a young man. More people need to emulate him

I needed a product to clean the lens on my headlights. I asked for help and employee Jorge told me what product he used and showed me pictures on his phone to see the finished outcome. It worked excellent for me as well.

Battery went out on my truck, got the truck to their parking lot, guy came out, replaced the battery and then tested the alternator, for free, to ensure it wasn't the alternator. This employee was friendly and helpful and gave the appearance there was nothing I could ask he wouldn't do. Way to go!

I love this place customer service is 5 stars helpful and patient I take the extra 10 minutes to drive here instead of the advance auto.

Just left and I am very thankful with my experience here. I know absolutely nothing about cars so it’s overwhelming when something is wrong with my vehicle and it’s hard to trust that I will get the help I need. Mason checked the battery life on my car and found out that it was good, then gave his expert opinion about where to go from there. He did research on my vehicle, looked up different options to fix my issue. His customer service was above and beyond and I feel very informed about the possible issues with my car. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and you could tell he cared and enjoyed his job. Thanks Mason!!!!

The guy was eager to help me pull a check engine light code, but once he figured out I wasn't going to buy the part that is needed for the code from him he couldn't be bothered to do much else. I also wanted to buy windshield wipers but he couldn't be bothered to help me find the correct ones and when I brought back the 3 he advised me to get, he also didn't see fit to tell me he gave me the wrong sizes. My husband had to take the windshield wipers back for a refund. I won't go back to this location.

Kenneth was so helpful. I came in stressed out and he was able to check my battery my alternator and my starter. such a pleasant experience. I will be coming back to this location in the future.

Great customer service. I think the guys name was Michael, assistant manager, was very helpful. Stopped in the buy wiper blades. He didn't just sell them to me, he opened them, changed the clips out to match the ones on my truck and even installed them for me to verify they worked. His going out of his way to help me was much appreciated. Will be a lifetime Oreilly customer now. Need more people like him. Great job!
