We bought property southeast of Thrall that had an 11x16' wooden shed in the wrong location. Reached out to Randy re moving it for us. (It still seemed sturdy and with some paint good to use.)
He came out today and safely got it relocated to its new location. It required two moves to get it oriented where we wanted it. It's straight and level.

We got into a wreck at 6:45am in Taylor. Randy was the wrecking service called to the scene. He was extremely pleasant to deal with on site. Was super easy to communicate with to go by to get our belongings out of the car. Overall great guy running a good old fashioned small business!
Zero stars. I told my husband to go with Randy because my family is from Taylor and boy we were sadly disappointed. He committed to helping us but had 4 customers in front of us. We said ok. We never heard from him so we contacted him and he made up a lie that he had a flat tire. He said he would call us once he got it fixed. We never heard back from him. If you can’t do the job or don’t want to do it, be honest so we can find someone else.
Randy's is absolutely immoral when you are forced to deal with them. They were called by the police to tow a vehicle of mine that had been stolen. They wracked up every charge they could come up with to a total of $475 after towing my car less than 10 miles. Horrible customer service. Arrogant and rude. Their true colors show when they know they can screw someone vs having to compete for business.
Randy is a really great guy. I love small local businesses that are named after the guy who is providing the services. That's personal accountability, and he has an excellent reputation.
My son locked his keys in his truck and it was running with our dog in it. Randy came out within 5 minutes unlocked the car quickly. Very professional and affordable. Thank you Randy.

Randy and his service are the real deal. Called him to have my vehicle towed on Saturday evening and he promptly responded and made arrangements the next day which was a Sunday to take care of it that day. 100% recommend this gentleman and his business. I found myself stranded late at night and in a pretty remote area. I’ve used Randy’s service before, and he was very helpful and honest, so I called him up again.
He came 17 miles outside of town, AT MIDNIGHT, to get me. Randy got me home safe, and my vehicle to a shop. There was no exorbitant “emergency” or “after hours” fees. His pricing was very straightforward, and I found it to be reasonable.
Both times I’ve used the service Randy himself has come out, so I have no experience with any other driver. Randy is honest and helpful. As a woman I’ve never felt unsafe or taken advantage of, and in fact he will steer you in the right direction for an honest mechanic if you need it, too.
He’s always been quick to answer the phone, and he’s very transparent with response time estimates. He’s efficient and has good communication.

I can't say that I know how much they charge per night, but I can't imagine that it's much, and I wouldn't be surprised if they don't charge anything at all.
Our experience with Randy, the owner, was phenomenal! He met us on time and was very professional & courteous. He even washed the dirty windshield so we could see to drive the vehicle back. I highly recommend Randy's Wrecker Service.

I ran out of diesel just outside of Taylor. Randy showed up with diesel, I put some in the tank, he then helped me get it started, and followed me to the gas station. Very helpful and professional. I would definitely use his services again if needed.
Had problems with my car that just came from the shop yesterday and needed it towed back to the repair shop. Randy sent a wrecker as soon as they said they could be here. Driver was courteous, professional and took great pains to carefully load my car. Price was more than reasonable and fast. Highly recommend Randy’s. Rates are way below other services.
I took my old girl ('66 Mustang) out for a spin on a Sunday morning and decided to stop for a car wash. When I hopped back into her to go home she wouldn't start. I called Randy's Wrecker Services to have her towed home. Randy was there within 5 minutes and had my old girl up and running within 10 minutes. Thank you, Randy for making my Sunday! You Rock!!
I locked my keys in my car at Walmart this afternoon, discovering this after shopping. I asked Roosevelt Harris,one of the greeters, to use his cell phone to call Randy's. He got the number from a customer who looked it up. While I waited at the car, a couple tried to help me. They were making progress when Mike arrived and quickly unlocked my car. He would not allow me to pay him. I had the help of several caring people and consider myself fortunate and thankful for all of them.
I had a situation and after patiently listening for awhile, "Mike" stated that he would look into it. I said to myself, "Well, that's the end of that". Later Mike called and had the information I needed. He solved my problem which was not his problem. Definitely use them whenever I can.
I normally can’t stand dealing with tow companies, but Randy’s is a different story! Great customer service and awesome to talk to. The price was great and was very fair. Professional and clean, happy personality. These guys are great and deserve all the business they can get. Very generous as well and enjoys helping people! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to Randy's Wrecker! My son had just turned out of the high school on his way to give blood and stopped to help a person change a tire. In the process he locked himself out of my car. He was terribly mad at himself. Randy's came out within minutes of being called and got him back in. They refused to charge him. As a momma who tries to teach my boys right from wrong, it is good to see that others still have a heart as well
Randy's the best. I wouldn't have anyone else tow my vehicles. Anytime I've had to use another towing service I've been overcharged or lost items. Anytime I've had Randy tow my vehicle's it's always been a fair price and anything I've left in my vehicle was there when I got there. A++. We will not use anyone else and neither should you.
