I had a flat tire on 290, lots of traffic, within 15 minutes after the call the driver arrived. Both Tow men were nice and respectable getting my car securely towed off of 290.

Got a flat on the freeway and after I put on a spare I realized it was also flat. Luckily James happened by and stopped to assist. He had an air compressor and got me going again. I really appreciate his offer to help a stranded motorist and I am thankful for kind people like him. A+++

James was very quick in getting to me and helped towed my car to a tire store. I was stuck on the feeder of FM 1093 with a blown out tire, not the best spot to be stranded with heavy traffic and cars speeding past. James was a real professional and a genuinely nice person.
