I’ve used them since the first year they opened my first experience was amazing and I use to recommend them highly and over the years we have used them for all of my family’s auto body repairs and every time they get harder and way ruder to deal with I’ve never heard of any shop not even taking quotes for weeks out and I use to be in this industry as well they’re cash price is even more then going through insurance which is also completely unheard of in this industry I’m not asking for a cash discount just the same price! The people on the phone are unbearably rude and the appraisers are some how just as bad if not worse and for a shop with this long of a wait time and there mediocre work it is not worth the head ache.

Very happy with the quality of work from Atascocita Car Care. I’ve brought a couple of vehicles here over the years (2020 Ford F-150 Raptor and a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee), and every time, the repairs have been top-notch. They’re professional, communicative, and always deliver on what they promise. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I trust them completely with my cars.
Great personnel, really nice environment, and very clean. I have to say I’m glad that I came to this particular spot I had over $22,000 worth of work and it was worth every bit of it. Two accidents within 45 days of one another. (neither was my fault, please I swear I’m a good driver). The guys and gals up at ACC&C got me more than just fixed up. My 2016 Miata came out not once, but TWICE looking better than ever before. It’s one thing to have a good experience at a body shop, but back to back? That’s consistency, skill, dedication, and that’s an unbelievable amount of pride and care into your work product. Amy, Amber, and Peter were completely on top of status updates and communication. Every question was answered and if an answer was not there, it was met with a “let me find out for you!” And answered same day, if not within the hour.
I’ve worked with a lot of body shops in the past as an auto claims adjuster and can say with confidence these guys run a tight ship. I’ve been blown away by the work of the body techs and well as the painters with their craft that they have mastered. Three stage paint with plastic repair and body panel replacement and alignment, they absolutely nailed it and then some. They even fixed my wrinkled tint on my driver door during the tear down process!
A huge thank you to the whole team for getting me back on the road, TWICE, with a car that I can be proud to be seen in with the top down and knowing that if myself or anyone else may need bodywork done to go see the team at Atascocita Car Care and Collision.

This place is amazing from the friendly helpful staff to the great work they do at a reasonable cost. My expierence was easy, kept me updated during the process and my car looks better than it did before the accident. Claudine was great she took the time to explain each process along the way and answered all of my questions. It is nice to have a repair shop that you can trust and a welcoming environment during the process. I would recommend 100%.
I go in this morning April 24th. I tell the receptionist I need a quote for repairs. I had already filed claim, got claim number. I'm not going to assign the repair to anyone until I see a quote with a price on it.. then and only then will I make the decision. The snooty receptionist the one that sits on the right. In a condescending voice says, let me explain to you how this works. Let me explain something to you. I don't need your business. You need mine... So save the attitude for your family when you get home. I could have been a potential new customer but you just ensured me never setting foot in here again. Definitely deserve a pay cut during your annual review if you hadn't ran everyone off already.
Totally professional throughout the entire process. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and respectfully. They communicated well and delivered ahead of schedule. Flawless repair and paint.
Was traveling for a family funeral? Had a minor auto accident. The facility was wonderful to me, very friendly and help me with my insurance claim. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the area they had my car ready and detailed So I could be back on the highway to my home in tennessee.I appreciate them.
We've used them for years and are very happy. AC repairs, body work, miscellaneous electronics and more. They've also taken care of us at a fair price. Highly recommend!
When the manager responds to say you weren’t really without a car for 2 months I take time to leave another 1 star review. This is exactly the nonchalant attitude I received from her while they had my car…. so let me be clear we were indeed with a rental car for 30 days and the remaining 40+ days I was without a car because State Farm said we used all of our rental car coverage. For any manger to minimize the customer’s experience says EVERYTHING! Take your car somewhere else! By the way Amy, Amber and Joel were awesome but it’s too bad they don’t run the show! If you continue to minimize I’ll post the videos and pictures of the careless work that Land Rover helped me report to State Farm to get my claim reopened. Be blessed!
My review is intended to make people aware of a storage fee policy of $40.00 a day plus tax. That Atascocita Care Care implements if you are not able to pick up your vehicle within their time frame once it has been repaired.
I contacted ACC because they were an Allstate preferred repair facility.
I took my truck for the estimate and met with ACC shop estimator
Peter Broussard, we spoke about the repairs, and I advised him that I would leave drop it off before I left on my 2 month vacation to Mexicco.
Well, Perter Broussard said it was ok, well Mr. super perfect Peter Broussard left out a very important piece of information, which was their policy charge of $40 a day chage for storage.
From that day, I was called \ hounded several times, asking when I would drop off my truck, and every time I advised the young lady I would let them know what day in would be in November.
If I had known about this policy I would have never left my truck at ACC, a would have used and other facility that is not one full of greed by charging this fee and holding your vehicle captive until you do pay it.
I say this because the ACC repair bill was for up $5953.63, which apparently did not satisfy them. and they would not wave $129.00 storage fee.
I would recommend to everyone once your vehicle has been repaired to take it and have an independent inspection performed on it to make sure the repairs promised have been made because if ACC is so petty not to wave a $129.00 dollar fee, who's to say they are not cutting corners in their repairs.
Poor Customer-Service. They have had my daughter's vehicle for far too long. When I finally called, they gave an excuse but never said there were any issues beforehand. Now, they are still saying it is taking longer to fix. They have no customer service qualities, and they only gave me an answer after I told them they were age-discriminating and cherry-picking when they would complete what they were being paid for. I will NEVER bring another vehicle to them again.
The front desk ladies are very nice and make you feel welcome. I dealt with Joel who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. They had my car ready in a reasonable amount of time. And the best part is that he would call me
With updates once a week. After the repair, I had a minor scratch on my window tint from when they removed the door, after I called Joel he told Me to bring it right in, they got it taken care of as I waited in the lobby at of course no additional cost. That’s what I mean when I say he goes above and beyond. Moving forward I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.
Came to pick up vehicle. Paint chips and misaligned body panel. Tried to explain why panels on one side of the truck looks aligned and the side they repaired didn't. Paint chipped off on the same panel they repaired.
Was told that it was no issue, just leave the truck here for another week and we will fix it.
My perspective was you had the vehicle for 2 weeks, you called me and said its ready, its not and your solution is to leave it with you again. ( your QC guy didn't see these issues before you called me?)
They offered me a 5% discount in cash to cover my troubles...essentially 2 billable hours for me, which tells me:
***No one inspected the truck before they called me.
***They do not value my time as a client.
***Give us another chance to make it right is a weak customer approach...you whiffed it the first time. ( sorry boys once bitten twice shy.)

Initially I was open to rental & they-repair.
Driving home decided if they messed it up the first time…. Offered to them just offer a pay option. The offer was indeed 5%, ($4700 repair). In regards to the body panel not being aligned, they fix cars. The repair involved the fender/bumper, so if they did not adjust it, repair is incomplete or not done.
Just sharing an honest experience and rated it appropriately.
Customer service was top notch from the moment I walked in. The front desk ladies are kind and knowledgeable. Also Joel did a great job talking me through the process and everything that was to be done. They lifetime warranty all of their work and he told me if I notice anything at all out of sorts just bring it back and he'll have it taken care of. We brought 2 vehicles to them in the matter of a couple of weeks and received outstanding service and good work for both of them. Both vehicles were done ahead of time as well. Definitely found my new body shop and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!
The staff are personable, helpful, and efficient. My car was wrecked in a Hit-n-Run & their towing service delivered it to their location where they arranged an insurance adjuster evaluation. Repairs began the next day & they texted progress reports to keep me well informed.
This place is the best. If you need your car repaired definitely bring it here. Claudine was amazing to work with. I dropped my car off before going on a vacation so I wouldn't be without it and she took care of everything. She was extremely communicative and kept me updated on everything including photos. I came to Mike at Atascocita Car Care from Liberty. It was a drive but I was quoted $1,600 By a local mechanic to fix my sons truck right side steering / suspension. I couldn’t afford that at the time so I drove it to Atascocita Car Care. I dropped it off and told them it wasn’t a rush to get it looked at. 2 days later Mike called and told me everything that needed to be changed and the total price. It was less than my “local” guy but I told him I couldn’t afford that at the moment. He told me not to worry that everything didn’t have to be replaced at the moment, but he recommended it since the truck had 240,000 miles. We discussed what had to be fixed and settled on that. Once he had the truck fixed, he went over everything on the truck to make sure it was safe. Never once did I feel pressured into spending more money than I had or replacing parts that didn’t need to be replaced.
All the staff that I dealt with always had a smile on their face and made me feel like family from the moment I walked in. I refuse to use anyone else and if my truck isn’t drivable, Ill tote it on a trailer to let the staff of Atascocita Care Care work on it. I have to recommend them to everyone I know.
Give them a chance and I promise you will NOT REGRET IT!!!
This is a top-notch auto care center... In my opinion the best in the region.. They have taken care of 2 of my vehicles that I unfortunately needed to have repaired. They brought my vehicles back to original life and brand new state.. Mike has a top-notch staff that will take care of your needs Don't take your vehicle anywhere else
I'm so glad I brought my car to Atascocita Car Care and Collision. Not only did they do a great job on my car, but they were very polite and friendly in the process. My car looks nearly new despite having had a crushed front right end. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great collision shop to bring their car to.
Atascocita Car Care did a wonderful paint job and replaced both tires after my son's truck was hit. They said the return time would be two weeks and finished all of the repairs in just a week. The paint job and tires were a perfect match. We are very pleased with their work, friendliness and the no hassle-all ease experience.
To start, the car is obviously way better than it was before. I was hit by a deer in the wee hours of the morning on my way to work and promptly contacted my insurance. We've used them for our truck that was vandalized before and they went above and beyond; however, this time there are things left to be desired.
The paint looks great, everything works as it should, and I got the car back in a reasonable amount of time with a few understandable delays. The car was inspected on Nov. 16th, dropped off on Nov. 21st, and retrieved on Dec. 14th. To my knowledge, both door shells were replaced and possibly the rear quarter panel along with the passenger mirror, glass, and trim pieces. Everything looks good from a distance, but there's a noticable gap on the front passenger door where its slightly ajar by about a centimeter. There is also scoring that wasn't there before in the door well and the paint on one of the columns appears as if sandpaper has been ran over it. I can some what fix these minor issues myself, but that shouldn't have to be my job seeing as it looks like they paid no attention to the door well at all.
Furthermore, even though I was properly warned about leaving personal possessions in the car, the only thing that goes missing is our $50 gate key and nothing else. The one thing I would that wouldn't come up missing and it's the only thing.
Honestly, I never expected a perfect job and I was patient about it, but my experience this time was a little rough around the edges.
Excellent service from day one!!! We brought our son's Honda Civic here after a hit and run that ripped off his rear bumper. His car was repaired in a very timely manner, and we experienced great communication throughout the entire process. When we picked up the car, we were very pleased with the quality of repairs! Outstanding job!!!
The totaled my car for a dent in the bumper. I just bought the car several months ago & it had low mileage. I loved that car. I'll attach a photo of $3900 worth of damage.
Me and my family have been coming here for years and years. They do AMAZING work EVERY time. I feel as if I just bought a new car every time I pick my car up! It looks and feels SO great and they detail it so nicely anytime I bring it in. They always manage to make it an easy process and they do it right, and on time, every time. Very polite and friendly staff. Cas worked directly with me and they did a great job on my ‘06 Acura RSX. Responsive in timely manner, in communication. I would do business with them in the future.
