very nice owners and workers inside but their drivers are absolutely terrible and drive crazy on the roads. There was 3 of them following each other and I watched them almost crash into 2 different cars and they were driving extremely close behind cars until they would get mad and swerve around them using the middle lane
I recently had to tow two of my classic cars and humble towing did a great job. Thank you to Tim and Matt and especially Steve the tow truck driver assigned the job. Steve was delicate with my cars and even placed one directly in a tight space in my garage. I will always use Humble towing. The best part is the positive and bright personality all the Humble Towing Employees held. Tim dispatching told me about his personal classic cars to Steve even taking a selfie with me after the job. The price was much less than other quotes and way lower than I budgeted for both cars. Thank YOU Humble Towing.
They will ruin your vehicle.! Do NOT give these people your money no apologies, no compensation to fix my undercarriage, and no accountability even taken from it. And I heard of them taking things from out of cars in the lot! Thank god my dash cam stayed recording. Definitely caught quite a few questionable moments before the guy saw the camera on and when asked about it, got too defensive and hostile and with no explanation from the driver about it. Then they have the audacity to coerce you into writing a good review for a discount on the tow. LOL WOW. Definitely not a reputable place of business!

If i could give this busness 0 stars, I would. Originally it was going to be 125, but then it went up to 225, The whole service was just trash, from when they picked up the phone to when he arrived with a horrible attitude.
My husband got into an accident earlier this week, and Steve R. helped out everyone, he even drove all the way to meet us after my husband left his phone on his flat bed. We appreciate him alot and for assisting with the unfortunate accident that happened. He was really kind to everyone!
My wife had a flat on 59 HOV. Her phone was on 1% and she was scared and freaking out. Steve arrived on site and assured her everything was okay and she was safe. Let’s start by saying what tow place closes this is so crazy. My car sat in tow for a week because they open and close during work hours. 9-5 is when folks have to be at work. Then when I went in at 8:45 the lady with the busted up teeth sitting at the desk, I ask if she’s ready she said no she gotta do last nights work like that can’t be done once she releases my car. They are very rude. I then asked like how is it possible to have hours from 9-5 she said well you shouldn’t get your car towed. Who says that? Like I woke up that morning and said ok let me go and get my car towed. People are just rude for no reason and that’s sad. Whatever you do don’t get towed by them they will make you wait and rack up the prices for your car
I was in a predicament last night when I was with my daughter and granddaughters. Our tire went flat because we accidentally hit a median. Thank God Cory Broadway and his friend from another towing company found us and was able to help get us to safety at a nearby gas station. They help us find our donut and quickly helped us get it on. I am so thankful to Humble Towing Service for hiring such an amazing person. Cory made sure we were safe and helped us quickly by getting the donut on. 100 STARS for Humble Towing and Sean. My vehicle completely shut off and Humble Towing came to my rescue immediately. I was stranded in a very busy intersection. I called and within 2 minutes Sean came to save the day for my kids and me. God bless you Humble Towing and Sean. Amazing service and amazing price. I would totally recommend this company.

Beyond thankful for the Humble driver(I believe his name is Jeff) who made sure we were taken care of after our Uber Driver lost a tire while driving us to our hotel! I waited nearly 6 hrs for a call back from another company, because I saw a bad review on Humble Towing. I finally called here, and they sent someone right away and had the car home in an hour or less. The price was very reasonable, and Mr. Broadway was friendly and efficient. 5 stars.
Phillip is one of the nicest drivers you will ever meet . He helped me out in ways you can’t even imagine. I was having such a horrible day and just his customer service skills was just incredible. I wish nothing but the best for him and his family.
Tristan Hernandez!!!! Is a perfect example of good customer service. I didn’t know how to feel when my car broke down at the airport. I was out there for hours in the early morning. He came through told me what my options was. Didn’t even wait for me decide because he knew i was still in disbelief. He calmly told me “hey, I’m gonna take you can your car home.” That’s all I need to hear. We spoke the entire time to my home. Gave me lost of encouragement. In a difficult situation, it’s good to know there are still genuine ppl.
When I tell you Mr. Steve Richard’s and Mr. Matthew Lopez are wonderful people they are amazing not to mention extremely pleasant to talk with. I call Mr. Richard’s due to my vehicle being illegally towed who quoted me the best price out of the 10 towing companies I called plus gave me some great advice on the matter. Thank Goodness for these two amazing individuals. You just never know what someone is going through and their integrity shown human decency. I truly appreciate you fellas. Have a blessed day.
Humble Towing was contacted to take my Tahoe to the dealership for repairs. After a Two and a half hour's wait time, the driver showed up in a flatbed wrecker. I explained to the driver that the emergency brakes were locked and the transmission would not shift out of the park position. The driver stated that my vehicle was parked too close to my shop/garage to be loaded from the rear, over 20 feet away. He advised that he would have to drag the vehicle onto his wrecker. I explained that I did not want any damage to my driveway and suggested using tow dollies or the emergency disconnect to load the vehicle. However, the driver chose to ignore my request and caused over 14ft of skid marks down my driveway, causing damage to the driveway and undue wear to the tires. After loading the vehicle and causing damage to my property, I asked who would be responsible for cleaning the damage left behind. The driver replied, “I don’t know,” and proceeded to enter his tow truck and leave. Trying to find a resolution to my experience, I contacted their office and spoke to a supervisor/representative. The supervisor escalated the issue by not listening to the problem and immediately siding with the driver. I then asked to speak with the owner or to receive a call back right before he hung up on me; I've yet to be contacted.
I must say from the main guy on the phone to the driver they were very professional and friendly. The truck showed up quickly and before even towing he tried to help with the issue, once he knew that nothing would work he towed it. I didn’t get the driver name but I have to say he was very nice and professional and helpful. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
I used Humble Towing today for the second time. Each time, they've been prompt, professional, friendly & courteous. We spoke to Tim on the phone & Justin picked the car up. Very helpful & nice. Will definitely recommend & continue to use Humble towing for all of our towing needs.
Car was broke down in drive way They told me give them about a hour and a half and they be here . drive was here in 20 min. When he arrived was polite and most important Knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do do when he drop off the care. I felt he did a great job
Just had a driver sitting in the road with no blinkers on!!! Everyone was going around him, so I did the same. With no blinker on at all he turned and almost hit me. I back up quickly and luckily I had room to do so. I laid on my horn while doing this to let him knowni was there. He got out of his vehicle arms flailing at me yelling at me!!! Really???? All he had to say was can you back up so I can pull in. I was on the phone with my sister and she heard it all. My husband is currently going through my front camera on my vehicle to watch the incident. Go somewhere else if you need a wrecker. No one needs these jerks on the road.
I can say that if all the guys that work for Humble Towing are like Dwayne. This is the only company to call first. Me and my wife had a blow out on highway, we were terrified. Dwayne came swiftly, and took great care of us, and our vehicle. He even changed out our damaged tires.
