Towed my vehicle when my handicap sign fell while moving in and then told me not to go straight to my vehicle without a worker with me to prove it fell and I got to the storage place and had the worker walk with me and he seen it was on the floor and they wouldn’t release my vehicle so I had to pay over $300 while having my handicap sticker and doing exactly what I was told. I was also told that Barack Obama was the reason they couldn’t read my plate to see I had a handicap sign!! Unacceptable and very unprofessional, I’ve never been treated that badly in my life and to talk about Barack who was president years ago made me feel like you was being racist to me and disrespectful!!! I wouldn’t have gave 1 star if I could give 0. God don’t like ugly so eventually the karma will come back to you, good luck and may God give you mercy.
My friends car was towed, the Manager John told her to make sure the guy at the yard walked with her to the car so he could see that she had a handicap placard in her car. He did walk with us to her car. & I was witness that her placard was in her car, so they could release it. The Manager lied to my friend & told her to call once she got here, she did & he will not call her back. He straight up lied to her. This is not right & no way to do business. Evidently they have no ethics. It’s a shame they treat anyone like this.

Our vehicle was towed around 4am. The storage says they towed due to it being on the grass and when I asked for proof they said I have to contact on-site for pictures. However, there's no customer service line for you to reach. Seems to me like they just try to get money out of people. Our camera doesn't show it was on the grass but they have a little loophole they're playing. Plus to try to do it in the middle of the night is already a red flag
Allen "Duck" saved the day!! After being stranded on a busy road, I had someone coming to help me. But Allen pulled up and towed me about 1/2 mile out of the busy intersection. I was very overwhelmed from people honking and cussing me. Allen let me have a mini breakdown moment. Definitely recommend this company!!!
While driving southbound on FM 2100, I was traveling slightly above the posted speed limit and going with the flow of traffic when a tow rig began tailgating me aggressively. Despite maintaining a safe speed, the driver followed extremely close to my rear bumper.
When the tow rig attempted to pass me, I lightly tapped my horn to signal that their driving was unsafe. In response, the driver deliberately swerved toward my vehicle while passing, causing me to fear for my safety and that of other drivers nearby. License plate T49-70J. I have plenty of video footage of the incident- behind me and beside me while driving.
I was in a little predicament this evening on the way home in my daughter’s van with my granddaughters in the vehicle we wound up getting a flat tire because we accidentally ran over the median. Thank God for Sending Duck and his buddy from another towing service to the rescue. They helped directing us safely into the nearby gas station and helped find the spare tire and helped us get the tire on quickly. Duck made sure we were safe. Big shout out to On Site Towing for hiring such an amazing person.
Justin Mims towed my car on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Car has a huge scratch after being towed and it the contents on the inside of the car were rummaged through. Called the townoffice and the manager that called me back spoke to me very rudely and was quite condescending.
This is not a service that I would recommend to use. Customer service is not a priority with them.
If you’re in need of a tow or roadside assistance, call them! Fast service, professional & provide some comedic relief during a stressful time. Allen aka Duck came to my assistance in less than 20mins from when the call was place. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Thank you guys

At the time of retrieval, the vehicle presented the following damages:
The battery (which was new) was completely discharged.
The hood release button was broken.
An electrical failure compromised the door handle sensor lock.
The sunroof stopped working.
A rubber component in the engine compartment was torn.
Seems like despite spending so much time on our streets, their drivers don’t really care to follow the rules of the road. One particular truck, HCW076, was absolutely flying down the feeder, going at least 70mph and weaving through cars with no form of signaling. You can see this fine driver switching over from a left turn only lane with solid lines.
This company is doing illegal business. They towed my mother’s car from her apartment complex. She’s 67 and disabled living in a wheelchair chair accessible unit and we parked no even for 5 mins while unloading her groceries and they snatched her car charged $321 for 10 minutes!! The tow company and the storage lot didn’t want to provide any reason for the tow to us or local police. Preying on the elderly on a fixed income. Yet they allow everyone else who isn’t handicapped to park and double park all day and night. And the employee Chris has a very bad attitude despite me talking to him calm and with sense. He’s very condescending and passive aggressive, best of luck in this line of work with your attitude buddy because you will soon meet someone who matches your energy.
Best service ever! Quick ,helpful, friendly , and affordable. Was able to ride with the driver to stay with my truck and the tow truck was very nice, clean , and safe. So I would highly recommend their service and will definetly use them again! ( God forbid I'm in another situation again similar to tonight) Allen most definitely took a lot of the stress out of my situation for me though tonight

I called to try and explain to customer service about my family visitation the two truck drivers tow my family member car by mistake, wrong car wrong color, office mgt verified after viewing my family member registration of this vehicle. I called customer service and this guy with no remorse insist that the car was towed correctly But when he went to pick the car car up the towing company say our mistake no charge. So why the attitude sir and why didn't y'all bring it back after knowing it was an error. No recommendations from me or my family.
