If I could leave zero stars, I would—but unfortunately, I had to select at least one.
I was visiting my aunt at her living facility due to an emergency. The facility requires visitors to register their vehicles to avoid towing. When I attempted to register, the system would not allow me to do so and instructed me to wait due to a 24-hour rule for consecutive visits. Unfortunately, while assisting my aunt, I lost track of time and forgot to register at the required moment. I fully accept responsibility for the tow and am not disputing that my vehicle was towed.
However, when I retrieved my vehicle, I immediately noticed damage that was not present prior to towing. I reported this to the tow company right away. Instead of handling the matter professionally, management denied responsibility and claimed the damage was pre-existing, despite the evidence I provided.
The manager also stated that my vehicle was towed because it was “parked incorrectly,” which is false. I had simply backed into a standard parking space. Furthermore, the official tow report clearly states that my vehicle was towed because my registration time had expired—not due to improper parking. This contradiction raises serious concerns about honesty and accuracy.
According to Harris County regulations, tow operators are required to take clear photos of all sides of a vehicle at the scene before towing. On Site Towing failed to do this. The only photos provided were taken later at the storage facility, from a distance, and only show the front of my vehicle. These do not meet documentation standards.
Additionally, emails sent to me by the tow operator attempting to shift blame to the storage facility further confirm that proper procedures were not followed and that required photos were not taken at the scene.
Because of this failure, there is no valid documentation showing my vehicle’s condition at the time of towing, which raises serious concerns about accountability.
I am also extremely disappointed in the unprofessional and vague communication from Jason Flatts, Division Manager. His responses lacked clarity, professionalism, and respect. Being accused of attempting to submit a fraudulent claim was offensive, unwarranted, and unacceptable.
After reviewing multiple customer complaints, it is clear that this company has a pattern of similar behavior. I will not allow this matter to be dismissed.
Please stop unlawfully towing cars while people are taking groceries up three flight of stairs. As people are taking their kids inside. There’s no way a person pays for a parking spot and the proper permit is present and you tow. Now work is missed doctor appts missed and a day wasted. This is bad business and will eventually cause lawsuits against a company because a worker isn’t paying attention. I would like my towing fees refunded and for you guys to be mindful. Some people are struggling and waking up to a car being towed can put someone behind in bills in this economy
Great service! The driver arrived quickly, was very professional, and handled my car with care. The price was fair and the process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this tow company!

Duck helped me and was extremely kind and compassionate. I didn’t call or flag for help while stranded and he saw me in passing and took immediate action to support. He pulled me to a safe area and even offered me a jump as a courtesy and educated me on the best areas to pull over to if there’s a problem. I’ll be sharing this company with everyone I know and detailing the great experience I had.
I have abt a month ago had my vechile towed when I found out my vechile was being towed I went to go get as I go out to get my vechile information I see part of my bumper hanging off so I jus click it back in and not make it a big deal but then as im driving I notice a scratching noise and as I get home i relize I had been dragging the bottom part of my bumper I reached to to the manger he yelled for me for a little bit and then I never seen a response since then nom my bumper is completely off my vehicle bc 1 piece is kinda broken which i noticed when a little later on is the piece that clicks on to the bumper any ways now I have to buy a new bumper which isn’t so cheap
Duck went out of his way to help me get my car going again and made sure I was safe before they left. It’s rare to come across people with that kind of kindness these days. I truly appreciate his help — good people still exist!

Towed my vehicle when my handicap sign fell while moving in and then told me not to go straight to my vehicle without a worker with me to prove it fell and I got to the storage place and had the worker walk with me and he seen it was on the floor and they wouldn’t release my vehicle so I had to pay over $300 while having my handicap sticker and doing exactly what I was told. I was also told that Barack Obama was the reason they couldn’t read my plate to see I had a handicap sign!! Unacceptable and very unprofessional, I’ve never been treated that badly in my life and to talk about Barack who was president years ago made me feel like you was being racist to me and disrespectful!!! I wouldn’t have gave 1 star if I could give 0. God don’t like ugly so eventually the karma will come back to you, good luck and may God give you mercy.
My friends car was towed, the Manager John told her to make sure the guy at the yard walked with her to the car so he could see that she had a handicap placard in her car. He did walk with us to her car. & I was witness that her placard was in her car, so they could release it. The Manager lied to my friend & told her to call once she got here, she did & he will not call her back. He straight up lied to her. This is not right & no way to do business. Evidently they have no ethics. It’s a shame they treat anyone like this.

Our vehicle was towed around 4am. The storage says they towed due to it being on the grass and when I asked for proof they said I have to contact on-site for pictures. However, there's no customer service line for you to reach. Seems to me like they just try to get money out of people. Our camera doesn't show it was on the grass but they have a little loophole they're playing. Plus to try to do it in the middle of the night is already a red flag
Allen "Duck" saved the day!! After being stranded on a busy road, I had someone coming to help me. But Allen pulled up and towed me about 1/2 mile out of the busy intersection. I was very overwhelmed from people honking and cussing me. Allen let me have a mini breakdown moment. Definitely recommend this company!!!
While driving southbound on FM 2100, I was traveling slightly above the posted speed limit and going with the flow of traffic when a tow rig began tailgating me aggressively. Despite maintaining a safe speed, the driver followed extremely close to my rear bumper.
When the tow rig attempted to pass me, I lightly tapped my horn to signal that their driving was unsafe. In response, the driver deliberately swerved toward my vehicle while passing, causing me to fear for my safety and that of other drivers nearby. License plate T49-70J. I have plenty of video footage of the incident- behind me and beside me while driving.
I was in a little predicament this evening on the way home in my daughter’s van with my granddaughters in the vehicle we wound up getting a flat tire because we accidentally ran over the median. Thank God for Sending Duck and his buddy from another towing service to the rescue. They helped directing us safely into the nearby gas station and helped find the spare tire and helped us get the tire on quickly. Duck made sure we were safe. Big shout out to On Site Towing for hiring such an amazing person.

Car unlawfully towed from an apartment complex. This was verbally admitted by both the tow company and apartment complex within 24 hours of the tow. At this point, I had already paid to retrieve my car from the storage facility. This was a major inconvenience that nearly caused me to miss my flight, cost me additional funds to catch an Uber to the airport, and emotional distress while on vacation as I attempted to resolve the issue in a timely manner. This also caused us to have to make arrangements on other bills that otherwise could have been paid on time. BEWARE: They will force you to sign a BLANK NDA promising not to report them if they agree to issue the refund then give you the run-around for weeks on end when it's time to actually issue the refund. The worker Chris clearly screens incoming calls - he ignored multiple calls from myself and my partner but answered swiftly once I called from an alternate number. If you email them, he will initially respond and ask for more information. He pretends that they are still looking into the claim before he disappears for days on end with no further follow up. When I did finally connect with him via phone from the alternate number, he had the worst attitude and lied stating he had responded to every email I ever sent and he had no further info from their made-up internal review department. It took 4 weeks to finally receive the refund. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
Excellent service all around. Easy process, good communication, and 1/3 of the price I was quoted elsewhere. Owen did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and well taken care of, as well as providing great conversation on the ride to my destination. Make sure to ask for him personally when you call, you won't regret it.
I called to have an abandoned vehicle towed off of my private property and their customer service was excellent! Allen was very courteous and respectful when he came to my home and very efficient. I was shocked at how easy the process was! I would absolutely recommend them!
Seems like despite spending so much time on our streets, their drivers don’t really care to follow the rules of the road. One particular truck, HCW076, was absolutely flying down the feeder, going at least 70mph and weaving through cars with no form of signaling. You can see this fine driver switching over from a left turn only lane with solid lines.
Very fast response. I needed my cargo van winched out of sand. Saul located me in 5 mins. And had my van out in 2 mins. Saul was very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful.

Unfortunately we had to call a tow truck, we called ONSITE & Peter called shortly after he was dispatched to confirm the details. OnSite made a crummy morning pleasant with their customer service! We will ALWAYS use them as long as I am within their towing range!
On Site Towing was amazing! I called them after my AAA couldn't help me when I was stuck in some mud in a field. Curtis and his partner were wonderful. They explained everything they were doing, were very compassionate and patient as they got my car unstuck. They even jumped my battery since it had died. From start to finish, everyone was top notch. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

Driver (Brandon) showed up almost to the minute like he said he would. Took caution on loading my car, and was very polite and professional the whole time. He even dropped it off at the dealer to the person I asked him to notify!! Excellent service.
