This company condones in unprofessional workers. I had an experience on September 4th 2025 with a man named Quintin Moranda where i needed a changed tire and I had my son take pictures of the 5 lug nuts that were on the popped tire. When the tire was done being replaced I only had 4. There is ring camera footage as well. When Quintin was driving off he threatened my son in a violent way. Golden line towing condones in this behavior, I recommend future customers to be careful when choosing golden line towing. They do not care about their customers.
I had a man come change my tire by the name of Quentin moranda. Not only do I have proof of me having 5 lug nuts and only having 4 when he left, when he left, he threatened me and told me he would “finish me” as he was driving away. Horrible experience and do not recommend!
I felt like my vehicle was held hostage, and I had to come up with the ransom, or else. I don't have the mental energy to rewrite the review that I was writing nonstop for two hours before my phone died(I don't have a charger here), so this is a condensed version. I called AAA to request a tow service after my vehicle stopped in a u-turn blindspot. Approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call from Chris from Goldenline Towing stating that he received an inaccurate location. Luckily he wasn't far, and arrived shortly thereafter. The address I requested the vehicle to be brought to was about 14 miles away. I actually wanted to see if I could first leave it at an auto shop, with the address l listed as a worse case scenario, but there was no way to fo that on the AAA app. I explained this to Chris, and that the GPS stated that the shop was 0.9 miles away. I have him the address, and we arrived two minutes later. The shop had some vehicles already in the spaces that I felt comfortable leaving the vehicle, and we agreed it was better not to leave it there. Chris stated that he had to see what dispatch said because he changed the address, and they may have closed the ticket, and he left in route to the initial address before receiving a response. Dispatch contacted him and said that I am being charged for this tow. It was late, and I had been on the side of the road three hours prior trying to start my vehicle, so my comprehension was a bit off. I was assuming that he meant that AAA was charging me for another service call until we came to what looked like a fatality street closure by the police, and Chris stated that he didn't have time to wait for it to clear out because he had another call, and it was going to add miles to the tow. I stated that I have 75 miles covered for tows, and he told we that the service call was over, and that that I was being charged. I asked him how much, and he stated that he wasn't allowed to look at his phone while driving, and could give me the total when we stopped. We arrived, and Chris checked and stated that the tow would be $160, cash on delivery. I spent the money that I had in attempt to get my vehicle started before calling AAA, and only had access to a digital app and a credit card. Chris said that dispatch stated that their card system was down. At this point I asked if they give me a break, and Chris said that he understood and he was just following orders. The address I had the vehicle dropped off to was my mother's, which was closer to the shop, and I had to wake her up at almost 4 AM to help me find paper money, which she doesn't keep. We where literally breaking piggy banks when Chris texted me telling me that he had to go. The vehicle was registered to my father who passed away, and I would have accrued even more charges in storage before I could prove ownership, and now my mother was becoming physically unsettled. Chris stated that dispatch would allow him to take me to an ATM. I didn't have any cards with me that I could access it, so I told him that I would try and overdraft it. We passed up a number of stores that weren't open yet to get to a 24 hour one. It only let me access so much money, and Chris was texting me that he had to leave. Luckily, my mother found some money, and together we had enough. Unbeknownst to be at the time, I was so rattled and mentally tired that I left/dropped some money at the ATM, so when we get back, we're still short. Chris again is texting me that he is about to leave, and I am about to try and ride out with him again, but my mother was able to find the rest. Chris said that he hopes it gets better for me, that he was just following orders. It is now 4 AM, and I am more flustered now than I was when stranded in that u-turn blindspot.
I called AAA, to jump start my husband's car. They dispatched Golden Line Towing., the tech came and got the car started and then he told me I needed a new battery, the car has under 21000 miles, 2022, year. he said they could sell me one. I was not thinking, I unfortunately agreed.
The car had an AGM battery, he came and started removed it, The person who was helping came and said he did not have an AGM, battery, but they could use a standard battery. I asked if there was any difference and told me yes, not to worry.
The tch helping being in charge was Calandrias.
He installed it, paid and he left.
After they he left, I checked, I just found out that it was not a fit, and the battery WOULD PROBABLY EVEN DAMAGE THE CAR AND SOME OF THE DEVICES ON IT.
Newer technology cars need more power that standard batteries cannot provide, like
Longer lifespan.
Improved efficiency,
Enhanced safety,
Decreased performance.
I t could damage some of the components.
When I contacted the office, they dismissed me, telling me they could not help, because I knew what I was doing.
The tech lied about what happened.
At under 21000, miles, I did not need a new battery, despite what the tech claimed.
I was sold the WRONG PRODUCT.
I am a 76 old woman and do not know much about mechanics.
I was PREYED ON BY
AN UNSCRUPULOUS TECHNICIAN, and
AN UNSCRUPULOUS OWNER.
I was deceived by these people because of the AAA LOGO and were sent to the rescue after a call to AAA ROADSIDE ASSISANCE.
Thank you so much for getting to my husband so quickly!! I was worried about him stuck in the median changing a tire in the dark. Triple AAA said you would be an hour but you called him immediately and were there in less than 10 minutes. You had him back on the road so quickly!! I am so grateful!!! Highly recommend!!!
Shoutout to Shawn who towed my car for me! It was an unpleasant situation and I was not happy to be where I was and needing to tow, but Shawn was so professional and kind, it honestly made a rough day a lot better. And he did such a good job! You could tell he knows what he's doing. Didn't even complain about the super long distance (in traffic) or the tricky location I needed it dropped off at. He did it all!
Tow truck driver was nice, but damage was caused to our vehicle that could only have happened during the tow. The company refused to address it or pay for it. They are a AAA affiliate and the AAA representatives were no help.
I wanted to leave a review for outstanding service. My car let me down in the preschool pickup line a few days ago. Imagine having your kid buckled in and 20 million other parents behind you all tired and ready to be home eating their spaghetti-ohs and your car won't shift out of park into drive. It was the straw that broke the camels back on a terrible day for me. I needed a tow and I needed it fast, and then Shawn came into the picture. He showed up with his flatbed tow truck in 20 mins (when time is precious because it wasn't just me and mine sitting and waiting, every single parent in the preschool line and their children were waiting as well lol (or at least it felt like that). Anyhoo, Shawn with Goldenline Towing rolls in rather quickly and says "I might be able to get you back in the road if you'd let me take a look?". I said "Shawn, sir - be my guest." This gentleman proceeded to jack the car up, take a look, FIX MY NON-WORKING GEAR SHIFT, pull the car out of the way so parents and kids could safely pass, and then continued to fix my car so that I could drive it home, all the while explaining to me what the problem was, and what I could do to permanently fix it once I got it home, even taking pictures to show me exactly what the problem was. There aren't many times that I have wanted to cry tears of relief but this ranked in the top two. The preschool literally had the little "SLOW - CHILDREN AT PLAY" green men surrounding my car to block traffic before Shawn showed up. He went above and beyond and I could not have been more thankful. Not only did he fix my car so that my kid and I got safely home, it also held up to get me to work the next day in the middle of an incredibly important job that was part of the straw that broke the camels back. If I could give Shawn 25 stars I would. He was fast, knowledgeable and courteous to me while I was on the brink of a break-down. He stepped right in, worked his magic and saved the day. Sometimes the right person shows up, and sometimes it's because you knew who was the right person to call. I don't know if Goldenline knows what a gift they have in this roadside assister, but if they don't, I hope they do now. Thank you SO MUCH, Mr. Shawn for saving the day when I needed it most. You're really out here doing God's work; keep that stuff up!! :)

Best Tow Service I have ever received. Operator's name is George and was incredibly courteous and professional. First time in my life the tow arrived early. He even pushed my car into my carport when we arrived at my apartment. Ty George and god bless!

Where can I start.I Towed for over 13 years and I have to Say Mr. Fuller (William) is one of the a Very few I ever came across.This man made my years look bad he Came and Did a Job 2 men with over 15 years couldn’t do I have 76 Eldorado no start all flat tires.Im not going to Go into all the Details that Made me smile but THE TOWING BUSINESS REALLY NEED MORE LIKE HIM.Thanks sir and you need to start your own roadside company because the way you work you deserve it
Had a horrible experience with a driver whose name Shawn/Shaun. I reuquested a tow because i was stuck in the heat with my car steaming and overheating. He as it turns out called dispatch after he was sent to help to say that i was in an unauthorized location and he couldnt service me. He seemed friendly on the phone but he is really a backstabber and left me stranded. I had to hire another company to tow my vehicle.
Florentine helped me out after Walmart messed my car up. 10/10 5/5 give this man a raise. Helped me out via AAA and took it to my desired shop. Will ask for him, God forbid I ever need to again.
Mr. Marcus and his team was super professional and extremely patient. I was stuck at IAH and he got to me and was able to tow my car during hight traffic. Mr.Marcus is a good guy!
Goldenline towing helped me twice through AAA for towing and battery services. Both technicians that came out were super helpful and were able to assist in diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. Additionally, their dispatcher was extremely helpful in making sure I got the service I needed (despite some miscommunication on AAAs end). This was the best service I could've received from a towing company!

This company employs drivers who refuse to do the state required minimum and provide shops with vehicle details and owner details. They are also very rude to the customers. When you call to discuss the issues with the manager OMAR, he never returns your call. Very unprofessional and delayed customer repairs.
I ordered a tow through AAA. Terrence was nothing short of amazing! Please give him a raise, a high five, SOMETHING. He went above and beyond when I had a minor hiccup during drop off. I greatly appreciate him and his willingness to help me. I hope you’re having a great day Terrence!!!
I used AAA to pick up my wreck car from a tow yard and have it brought to my home. I was met by a rude driver who argued with me about why am I picking up a totaled car from a tow yard in the first place and that the insurance would handle it. My car is paid for in full and I only have liability. I have to wait 14 days until the police report is completed to see if the other parties insurance will accept liability. In the mean time, I want it brought to my home in case things don't fall in my favor and I'm left with a hefty bill from the tow yard with storage fees. After getting the car towed to my home, I requested the driver to drop the car close to the side of the curb. The driver literally dropped my car off in the middle of the street and told me to "Figure it out!" and drove off. No one should do business with a company this unprofessional. Never in my life have I experience this level of disrespect from a tow company who is getting paid good money to do a job.
My husband and I with our granddaughter broke down tonight. We called AAA . Goldenline towing were there before the estimated time! The driver was very courteous and helpful! Thank you so much for an outstanding experience!

VERY satisfied with the work that was done to tow my vehicle. Voss Moore was an excellent technician and very nice man, he helped me get my car from point a to b in less than an hour. Very efficient, funny, helpful, and deserves all the good coming his way!
Michael M the driver was very well mannered, and made my first towing experience completely stress free. He told me I could watch, or sit in his truck while he loaded my vehicle, and when I nervously asked to watch he walked me through everything he was doing. He took complete care of my vehicle, remaining patient while I asked all sorts of questions. He was very friendly during the ride, gave me advice on what my vehicle might need fixed based on his years of experience as a mechanic, and reassured me that I was doing a good job planing out what comes next (rental car, etc.). He was a complete gentleman, holding doors, calling me “ma’am”, and even watching traffic as I got into his truck to make sure no cars could hurt me. I would say 10/10, and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a towing service.
