This was my first time coming here. I didn't know this XL was open to the public. The front counter man was very friendly and helpful when ordering parts for my old truck. I truly believe everyone should shop here.

If you want to feel like you don't matter, shop here. Popped in for a part after being referred here when another store didnt carry what i needed. The guy right off didn't seem like he wanted to help find a wiring harness for my headlight and after looking it up and didn't find it said it's probably a dealer only part. A simple Google search I found it at auto zone and advanced auto parts. As he's at the computer, I'm thinking to help me find another option, a delivery guy shows up and he just steps to the side and starts inspecting parts and opening boxes. Didn't say anything to me. I walked out. Not only will I never go there again, I'm calling the store that referred me there so they don't refer anyone else. If this is the service they get, it will make them look bad.
I called this store to get a price on a part that I needed for my car. The guy was rude and unprofessional. He was rushing me to talk and was impatient. He then hung up on me mid call. Thanks for the lovely customer service.
Nice place and like other parts places workers are on the telephone . About a 30 minute wait for service . Construction on hiway in front of store makes it hard to get in and very hard to get out .
Walk-in orders seem slow, it's much better to call in your order prior so it will be ready to pay for when you arrive. Eric always takes great care of us no matter what the need. I'm very thankful for the quality parts and large selection available at xl parts for my 88-98 obs pick up.
They never put my orders through even though I'm on my boss' account. He ends up having to re-order every time. I don't even bother calling them any more.
Ordered a part, went in to pick t up a week later no one in the store knew anything about the order. At least they had the ability to look at inventories of both locations. Prices were decent though

I don't know why this one so different from the one in porter. Maybe because this one has so many supervisors and the one in Porter has one lady who has a god complex. I Drive over here from porter, because I don't want to have to deal with bad customer service in porter. I'm wasting fuel.I'm pulling away from xl.I've been talking to others and they are doing the same thing as well.
that lady in porter name Priscilla is very snotty. if your public and not commercial she doesn't want you there .
I'd give you a5 star in humble but Porter is part of your branch. so that's minus 1 star
