I went to grab a new radiator after installing the one he gave me that was basically “new” I notice once putting in the coolant a leak at the top u can see it’s not sealed all the way on the black and silver part I told him about he said it was something else when you haven’t looked at my car how would u know instead just yells cut me off and say bring my radiator back
Armando sucks at customer service. He sold me a damaged. Hood. When I saw the damage and went back to ask a refund or discount. He wouldn't help with neither options. Before you pay for your part, make sure you check them thoroughly. Cause they ain't going to work with you.
This Guy WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND! I paid for a part with cash, it didn't fit my vehicle, so I asked for my money back. The Guy working the front disk said, NO! I'M NOT GIVING YOU NOTHING BACK..... DO NOT GET ANYTHING HERE! !!!!!!!!!SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Primera vez que los visito y fue una experiencia muy desagradable, atención pésima, son incompetentes aparte te ofrecen garantía y cuándo vaz se quedan con tu dinero, cuidado mi gente cuando los visiten son estafadores
Dishonest and incompetent!! Brought them our F250 with a 5.4 work truck to have the engine rebuilt. Paid them a down payment and they promised to have the truck ready in 2 weeks. After multiple excuses and over a month later they claimed to have completed the engine. We test drove the truck immediately and found MULTIPLE coolant hoses leaking("Conveniently" they ink stamp on the invoice that overheating voids engine warranty)SCAM ARTIST!!! They also didn't complete other promised repairs. We left the truck with him again with a promise of repairing in 2 days and they didn't finish for almost a week. Picked up truck again and they repaired coolant hoses but not the manifold(as promised).. Worn down by all the lies and execuses, we accepted the truck and paid in full. After driving the truck for a few weeks we found an oil leak from one of the engine gaskets! Wow!!! The invoice you sign also states cash only and that the customer is responsible for all legal fees. So they are protected from credit card disputes and discourage lawsuits. Truly manipulative! They wasted so much of our money, energy and most importantly our TIME! This is one of the worst business dealings I've ever experienced and I hope this review helps you avoid the same!
He realizado dos negocios en este lugar la compra de un vehículo camioneta Express Van conversión 2003 a un excelente precio y en muy buenas condiciones sin ningún problema con título limpio Posteriormente la reparación de un motor de mi carro Toyota mr2 spyder 2002 y donde en otros talleres no podían resolver mi problema en latino Auto Parts lo hicieron de excelente manera muy satisfecho con el trabajo gente honesta y capaz sin dudarlo Me atrevo a recomendarlos y seguiré utilizando sus servicios Muchas gracias a la gente de latino Auto Parts negocio serio y responsable
Very rude to me! Wanted a second opinion on my car. I was told to bring it Saturday morning which I did. He told me I was too late and started talking down to me and lecturing me. Poor customer service.
