I wish I could give them zero stars. First they sold us a damaged engine as working one and after installation we found the engine was damaged and overheated. When requested to return it, they refused it by saying the engine ran without any coolant in it. I’ve been doing business with them for years and still got the customer service like this. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS PLACE. There are many other used parts stores that have better customer service and take responsibility for their customers.
The guy was rude while answering my questions. He said he would not take a picture of a part for me. Then when I tried to call back to ask another question, he wouldn't answer any of my calls.
I had previously called to check on a 2007 Mazda six bumper. The guy on the phone was helpful and immediately told me they had in stock after arriving the store the guy working in the center of the counter between the two gentlemen when I asked about the bumper, he said, and what about it? And had an almost annoyed attitude about the whole transaction.
Great pricing on used parts and they delivered to my shop in katy, outstanding. This yard has great selection of vehicles to apart out and they are able to negotiate the price. I was able to a door for a 2016 ram for half what other yards were asking and it only had a small dent.
Not even worth 1 star. Worst customer service ever. I decided to give them a second chance after a bad experience a few months back and I should've known better. I called the salvage yard we normally use (which is 100x better than this place) and they didn't have what we needed but said Almeda did so I took a chance and ordered a motor 2 days ago. I called to check on the delivery today only to be told the employee didn't place the order and it was sold underneath us. Never again. Buyer beware.
I came in looking for a very hard to get to wiring plug inside the steering column for the air bag and Felix took the time to pull a couple of steering columns and found the correct part. Fantastic customer service!!! I will tell my friends and family where to go to get replacement parts at a good price and great customer service.
Awesome customer service!... They help you fix your issues without any hassle and show you their part you need is working if requested and able. If a problem with their part, they will work with you to make it right... The guys are easy to talk to and don’t take advantage. Thank you . God bless.
David and his team are great. I had my vehicle towed to their shop due to a mistake I made while performing routine maintenance that caused the engine to lock. David, indicated they would open up the engine and to assess the damage. He prepared me for the worst by quoting the cost of replacing the engine and he noted he would only do so If needed. Well, the engine did not need replacing thereby, saving me a lot of money. I'm very appreciative for the excellent service and honesty!
I called needing a part. They say it's not on inventory but to drive over to see if it's on car. I drive over am inside building waiting in line at desk. Guy walks up says can I help you I say I called about said part he says come back Monday other guy shuts garage side door. They have horrible customer service. I said can you at least verify if the part is there. Nope we are now closed. Maybe they should lock the gate and doors before 3 as I was inside all ready waiting behind another customer. Thanks for wasting my time, and gas. I know I'm not the first nor will I be the last to get less than sub par customer service. If you have other options or alternatives use them. They do not need your money and they will not receive mine...
