Guy tried to charge me $209 for a basic tow and when I told him I’m finding help elsewhere, he proceeded get upset, track my location, come to my location and watch someone else help me while he was in his own personal vehicle. Didn’t know who he was so I walked up to his car after 15 minutes of him absolutely hawking us and asked for help assuming he was just an older man watching and being nosy. He then proceeded say he was the other tow truck driver, wouldnt help (didn’t need it at that point, someone came 15 minutes later), do laps around my car and laugh as my tire remained flat due to my spare being old. All was set and done and I found someone for $100 cheaper than him and when I called him back to understand why he did that and tell him I found something cheaper he proceeded to call me even more slurs and hung up the phone. This whole ordeal was absolutely insane. Do not deal with these geriatric morons. Worst experience ive had with a company in my entire life. Nothing comes close to it
Extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. I was stranded due to my battery needing a jump after leaving my lights on too long at HEB. I waited and had lunch at LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE FOR 3 HOURS HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. THANK GOD I HAD MY OWN BATTERY CHARGER KIT AND SOME NICE PEOPLE AT HEB HELPED ME RIGHT AS MY CAR STARTED BACK UP WITHOUT WILLIE. THANKS THE UNIVERSE AND NOT WILLIE!
Came out quickly when dispatched, we had to push the car closer to the curb ourselves, so that we wouldn't get a ticket. The wrecker driver unsuccessfully released the car twice in attempt to get closer. The negative part is, and I don't blame them because due to Covid, it's their policy that you cannot ride in the cab with them.
Fast, reliable, and professional service. He helped us get our car out of a pretty low clearance garage. We called over a dozen towing companies and none were able to do it. He also helped us start our car and charged us a reasonable price. He clearly cares about his customers and wants to help as much as he can.

Called for tow at night and got a price of $225. They outsourced the tow to another company and we got charged $441. That's a big difference. Never using them again.

Great service, very nice man. He towed my truck to where I needed to be for work to drop something off. Then he towed me to dealership and waited while I got the mechanic to check it out, afterwards he brought me to a nice hotel so I would have a place to stay for the night until my truck could be fixed tomorrow. I highly recommend Heavy D!
My wife and son were stranded last night and heavy d came out after I call several other companies at 2am and help them get home thanks I would recommend him to anyone that needs a towtruck
24hr service... Yet they can't even answer the phone. I've been trying to call to find out the reason why my vehicle was towed when the area I stay has rules and to park in the street you need a permit, which I have on my vehicle
