They did not honor the 30 day warranty. I purchased a transmission, it was professionally installed, the trans was trash. They provided me with another transmission, that was professional installed, and it was trash.This was all within the initial 30 day warranty, and they refused to honor it. Total thieves...
Highly recommend not using them. I purchased a used ‘06 Transmission for a Mustang and had a 30 day Warranty, I’m aware things from junk yards may not work that’s why you’re given a warranty.
I took it to Christian Brothers to have it put in and got a day out of it, so I drove back and they swapped it out, and the 2nd one I got about 3 days out of, so I drove over an hour back out there and pulled up to be told “We have another 1 but we aren’t giving it to you, we know what you’re doing”
I’m honestly lost for words, I had a professional install them all, and was still within warranty, obviously I’m going to sue them, but I’m within warranty as well as they are obviously selling faulty products with prior knowledge.
Fadi and his team are very professional and very helpful - it was raining the day I came there and they were able to get the parts I needed and even helped me out after to find other parts I needed - also referred me to a great auto repair/mechanic to get my car fixed. They will be my first choice from now on.
Honest and trustworthy people. I have purchased multiple parts and engines for my vehicles from them and worked amazingly. Even though i had one issue on one part one time that didn’t work and Fady took care of it for me gave me another one without any extra charges. Highly recommended place

Never come here they will quote you one price and tell you there's getting the part ready for you then you drive all the way there for them to double the price and say it will take them a few hours to pull the part since they don't pull any parts before the customer is there BUYER BEWARE SCAM
