Called two days prior to pick up, answered promptly and said they could pick it up at 11. They never showed. I waited 4 hours trying to text and call the phone number I reached them by. My messages were left on read and most of my phone calls unanswered. After 3 hours I got someone on the phone for 30 seconds who abruptly hung up on me and never called back. Don’t do business with the these people, they can’t even handle a phone call.
They came bought the car got me a reasonable price and if I’m being honest the whole thing was quick and easy I’ll for sure recommend them to anyone and everyone
i dealt with them two times in the past month. it was quick and easy. they arrived right at the time they said they would be here. not a minute earlier or later. the tow truck driver was sooooo kind. both of them! and then they gave me cash and took away my junk car! it was super easy. i recommend them 10/10. very very great experience, from the moment i contacted them until they were gone for good! it was awesome.
