Horrible offer!On a 2016 vehicle I was offered $300-$400.A much more honest company came and gave me $1000 cash.Do your research and shop around before making your choice people.

after hours and hours of being low balled. This man gave me the tools/motivation to lift myself up by my boot straps and get my car fixed myself. I wrecked near the galleria. It was more important to him to help me than to just take my money. I haven't met a more trustworthy stranger since the 90's. He guided me on where I should start and finish with vehicle and offered his advice along the way. This is a true American salesman someone that actually takes prides in his work and has integrity. What a refreshing conversation. I wasn't pressured for a single dime and all he wanted to do was help me. I cant thank you enough my friend. You deserve many customers because of your honesty. I know if i don't need something or of the offer is too low you will be the first to tell me. Hard to find an honest man these days... well people I just found one

JOHN w/Houston Auto Buyer-Junk Car Buyer was a gift sent from heaven as I had a brother-in law that had passed away having a junk car that needed to be removed from an RV Park where he lived. It was urgent that I get the car removed. I had spoken to another company that ended up being a "no show" on an appt. made. Very upset.... I then called John informing him of the urgency of my situation, he set up an appt. to have a driver meet me out there the next morning, saying he... "WOULDN'T LET ME DOWN" and "HE DIDN'T"!!! The owner of this company is awesome! I was not able to work with the owner due to the current circumstances in America today, but he was honest, humble, and very family oriented, and faith based. When things get back to some type of normalcy I will return to this company. This company is awesome sauce in my book.

Highest review I could possibly offer. John is one of the good people in the business. I spent weeks getting screwed over by various people when trying to sell my car. Then I found John, and he gave me a generous offer and made himself available to work on my schedule. John is truly a man of his word, and looks out for his customer. After our transaction, I was waiting for an uber back to my house, and John called me a few minutes later to ensure that I got my ride safely. He also said if I ever need car advice in the future, don’t hesitate to call him. That’s the kind of guy he is. Extremely honest and caring.

Better and smoother than i expected. Came out at night to fit my schedule & made the process super easy. Even with an old car nosed into a small garage, they got it out and down the road in under 15 minutes. They showed up early to the appointment i had requested so they were gone & i had cash in hand 5 minutes after the actual appointment time.
