After such a horrific car crash Troy provided such great service alleviating all the additional stress that came with sourcing for a Salvage person to pick the car up from the tow storage.
He arranged to personally bring my payment to me and pick up the title along with bringing some personal items I requested he retrieve from the vehicle.

Had an appointment seto to move some equipment last Saturday. After waiting almost an hour I called and was told that they needed to reschedule. No call or anything. Rescheduled for this week, called the day before to verify they would be there, and was told he had to cancel doing the job. Again, no contact at all. Would not recommend for any work.

Called Troy and sent pics in and SN#'s as per our conversation. 2 Days later was told I sent in computer generated pics and called me a thief. My equipment, on my property for over 25 years and I was called a thief. TROY they are mine and they were sold to another salvage company in Dallas. If you didn't want them in the first place state that don't have me send pics and then call me a criminal. Cant wait for a response as you was out of line. People BEWARE.
Excellent service. They paid the most out of the other two services I checked. They sent a truck almost immediately after I texted them my address and my vehicle was loaded up quickly and towed away for good.
If I could give zero stars I would. Scamming at its finest! Gave me a quote on my car , I sent over the picture of my drivers license and title. Troy said his tow driver will give me a call in about an hour to come pick it up.(12:44) I waited 2 hours and never heard from him. I called troy back he said he just told him to call me. 5:58pm still no call. I called today to find out what happen. Troy changes the quote he gave me. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Very courteous from first phone call to car pick-up. Funny. Had a delay in getting to me but kept in touch with me about it and apologised several times. I would call them again.

I called to get information about the process of how the process is to get a junk car picked up because I've never done this before. Well the gentlemen that answer was rude. I informed him that my dad passed away and we did not know where any of the cars info was. He said sorry I cant help you and just hung up on me. He did not even let me finish my sentence. How rude is that? If this is how he conducts customer service over the phone it makes me wonder how his service would have been, so NO thank you.
Horrible & RACIST customer service. Called once to get info, the guy was extremely rude. Called back because address isn't accurate; picked up but no answer and heard racial slurs associated with black people being spoken in background.
