The owner had no customers, I come in at 5pm I tell him what I’m looking for he follows me around the entire lot, then says they close at 530 yet it shows 6 online and it wasn’t even 530 at the time. I hate to use race to determine poor customer service but his wording and explanation on why he was following me around and trying to shew me off elaborated on the possibility of seeing and thinking I’m up to no good when I was a normal customer I wouldn’t recommend for anyone.
I don't how these peoples still work there. They're rude incompetent, lazy and have Zero Customers service. Yell should be ashamed. Seriously where the he'll is the owner, he should Call his own store and pretend to be someone else and see how horrible they threat there customers. Don't go there people ain't worth your time. And Chance are , they just going to mess your say up.
Drove 2.5 hours to pick up a part that he told me was for a Volvo s40 turbo and was for a Volvo S60 non turbo and wouldn’t fit. Worst customer service and awful waste of time.
