Bought some parts online and they canceled all the orders for no reason and the reason for the cancellation was the buyer asked to cancel which I didn’t! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
Dont trust these guys over the phone! Needed a rim for my daughter's car, Brett was the "salesman" I spoke to, he assured me that they had 3 of this specific rim, 2 of which had minor scuffs, but one was near perfect, price was a little high but I was willing to pay to have it the same day. I took a half day off work and drove over an hour to get there, spoke to the same Brett, he remembered speaking to me earlier. They were only able to produce one rim, and it was pure garbage, I wouldn't have offered $10 for it. Ol Brett pretended to get busy all of a sudden and never even offered an explanation. Not sure how places like this stay in business, Brett, I hope you get stuck in traffic everyday for a year. Brett's boss, I hope you ride with him...
The staff was very nice! I was looking for a Radiator for my 2018 Dodge ram, they had a brand new one in the box with a warranty for $130 less than if I had gone to a retailer. I bought it and installed it that day it works perfectly!
went to this place in the morning these guys were awesome ..bought a engine from them had it ready when i got there .even got offered coffee and donuts. Very different from previous management. Very knowledgeable guys here.will keep using in the future
The guy running the place"Boo" was awesome. He helped me right away and got me the part I needed. All the people that work there weren't above and beyond. If they don't have they'll try and get it. Good ole customer service. Also note this place is under new ownership
He just not giving right information about asking parts for specific vehicle... asking for pats for 2007 tundra saying that he got one i drove from other side of houston and like i get there he try sale me parts pull from 2012 model what is complicit different electric connector trying told me that i can take a "NEW" part on the pieces and swap whit my old pump!! i guess be nice if he give me that information before my trip to make my own decision if i want disassemble his part and try make working whit my Truck!!

These asian guy doesnt know what the hell he is selling mentions he knows what the hell he's taking about ..u buy the part and it doesn't match he is there just to make a buck and waste your time ..
They had exactly what I needed and when my radio still did not work, they helped fix my problem without any extra charges. I would recommend anyone to get the parts they need from Tesco. Extremely satisfied!
