Called and confirmed they had the part I needed. I came from the other side of town to pick it up. Selma the sales lady never mentioned it was an only cash only facility. Waste of time and money. Brown guy there was extremely rude and said "we don't accept checks or credit cards for this stuff..." not sure what he mean by that, they sell used car parts so what stuff does me accept credit card or company checks than? Sound like a scam to avoid tax. Im never coming back here.

Came for a transmission. Had bad luck they were busted but company was very easy to deal with about refund. Appreciate the honest business would come back in future.

I don’t normally rate businesses but this one is the worst. Long story short, they sold me a bad transmission (went through the trouble of taking it to my transmission guy after “AJ” and “Steve” said my normal mechanic “messed it up”. They found out the transmission was not even OEM as Wiz Auto Parts claimed). After trying to get them to honor their 30 day warranty (at day 8 or so), they did the whole back and forth to negate the warranty. I did not get my money back, and I was not offered an exchange. Do not do business with these crooks.
Great customer service!!! Todd was the person that helped me get a tailgate for my truck at a great price. I then called back for a second opinion on a part I needed for my truck and got the best advice. Explaining what to do before buying a part, just making sure of things he's not just selling parts like others that don't care and take your money. Very respectful cool person.

Got parts here, exactly as described and reasonable price! Spoke with Tod, hes a cool chilled guy. The workers take off the parts for you, they seemed knowledgeable enough to be careful when taking parts off. Everyone i interacted with spoke well enough English to understand. Definitely come check them out!

I came looking for a very hard to find part and Todd helped me all the way, not only did he find my part but gave me detailed instructions on how to get it installed, thanks to him I have my car up and running again...thank you for such great service. Reached out multiple times for a part…they would not send pictures and quote prices as if it were a new condition part. Then when I called again I was told that the person I was working with will call me be back in 20 minutes as he was out of office. I waited a whole day and didn’t get a call back.
I was polite and respectful every time I had called. So, I followed up with them around 12am on their FB marketplace ad listing and the person responded rudely stating it’s midnight….I explained to him that I have been reaching out for a few days and keep getting pushed back or no pictures are shared for me to see the condition of the part to justify the price. I also explained that I work overnight shifts so it’s common courtesy that if I am willing to follow up with you guys in afternoon hours you can be polite back in return. Also, this is your FB post listing if you don’t want msgs at midnight specify that in your description or keep your phone on mute…no need to be rude or impolite. I will not be doing any business with them and I wouldn’t advise you either.

I was greeted enthusiastically, even though I arrived at closing time. The staff was super courteous and quickly showed me the engine I was after. Everything was as clean and well organized as well as could be expected. The warranty was straight forward minus bs. The engine ideals was clean and professionally removed AND complete as expected. Being unprepared, the seller offered to loan me a ratchet strap to be returned with my core since i was a little unprepared. This type of service could literally save a life for the cost of$5.
Working hard to secure my engine, one of the staff noticed me sweating through my shirt and offered me a bottle of water.
I'll be excited to shop here first if i need another part. You can look for AJ on offer up in the auto parts section. It's great being treated like a neighbor instead of just some a hole. Thanks guys!
I Needed a rear window after my girls car read broken into. The guys here were very helpful, the price was great and they had tons of cars give them a shout i bet they'll have what you need too
Did not honor their 30day warranty on a transmission I bought there after it was defective. They never responded me and kept ignoring me. I had to end up buying another one from another place and was ultimately out 600$ because of them.
