This place is trash and the person that answered the phone got very disrespectful and cussing me out and I’m the customer very unprofessional and the part was double the price.
Been there plenty of times never had a problem I just got off work and wanted to call them to see if there was an engine available for me so I wouldn’t have to waist time driving there and turn around empty handed. I called at 4:30 a guy answer and tell me he’ll be right with me. I wait 30 mins no reply so I hang up and call back the operator telling me the office is closed that being said the location don’t close tell 5:30. I’ll rather waist my gas then my time
So either this location does NOT exist or its unmarked because I drove out there and NOTHING... Address says suite #190, but that spot is empty and locked out. Went to the EXACT location GOOGLE was indicating and it's a different business. The salesman told me they close at 5pm sho I tried calling at 4:45pm and got no answer. I'll update soon as I can find out where real pick up location is.
We have purchased many parts from this company over the years. Used parts are not an issue, they do tend to be slightly higher than the salvage yards but you get a better warranty. Do not purchase their remanufactured products. They do not stand behind their so called "no fault" warranty. And when they do it takes several acts of congress to get the labor claim paid. We installed an engine in a customer vehicle, it never made it out of the bay and was loosing compression as soon as it was started. The replacement engine made it less than 4000 miles before it also started loosing compression. Claim was denied, stating that there was "abnormal combustion" as the cause of failure. My customer has been without his vehicle for 3 months now and I am still waiting for the defective engine to be returned so I can rebuild it for my customer. This is not the first time we have had a warranty issue with this company, but it will be the last. Use this company only for used parts, stay away from their so-called "remanufactured" components.
Very Bad Customer Service, as a Shop Owner i too Had Many incidents with this company to list in here, one time i had to replace a transmission 5 times because they sent bad ones, i felt their warehouse got flooded but kept selling the parts from it, i lost 2 jobs this month because of their late delivery's. on the top of it they hire Very Rude Impolite Drivers. Shop Somewhere else.
This place has saved me alot of money compared to buying new over the years. I appreciate how helpful the employees have always been helpful to me. The first time I needed a battery for cheap the guy took the time to explain everything they do to check the batteries and the warranties they offer with them. I was hesitant to buy a battery from a scrap yard at the time but since then I have bought a few and recommended this to a few friends and everyone has been happy so far. The rows could be better labeled so its easier to find the cars in their online inventory but its not hard to walk around and find what you need. I bring people with me whenever I can so they can see how easy it is to pull scrap parts so they dont think they have to buy new all the time like I did when I was younger and everyone has always said its been a fun experience. This place has also gotten me out of a bind a few times as well, like the time I needed a new fuel line, I was able to get back on the road that day instead of having to spend ten times more special ordering it online or having to go to a dealership and having them order it (couldn't find any auto parts store that carried the right pre bent lines). If you need parts now and cheap and dont mind working a bit for them then this is your place.
