  I considered several wrecker service companies. The reviews for some of these businesses seem suspicious with vague accolades, with no specific reasons. I called KAK because the address is closer to my home. I considered three things to give them 5 stars. They said they are busy and it will be an hour before they come to the location of my car and they did as promised. The towing truck was a flat bed with a winch which I think is safer for my car. I do not know if all their towing trucks are of the same type. Their quoted price was about $15 cheaper than a quote from another towing company that I called. After my car was towed, there was no surprises and I was asked to pay exactly what was quoted. I did add $15 as a tip which made it even with the quote from the second company.

  Horrible!! 400 dollars to get out of tow!! Everytime you call down there u either get put on hold for 30 mins or get hung up on.

  Stranded at HEB on Space Center. Called and Ken answered said would be there in 30 minutes and he was. Car had to be manually taken out of park. Ken knew how to do it. I was going to ride with him to dealer and he insisted that I did not have to go and offered to drive me home, which I was pleased. He drove out of his way to drop me off at my house. My window was down and instead of taking car to dealer and leaving it exposed to rain. He parked it under his shed and took my car in next morning. I could not have been any luckier to have called KAK and get such great service. One word describes his service “FANTASTIC”

  Very Honest . they come on time. very reasonable price and cheaper than the other companies around the area. I have tried many towing companies and most of the drivers are rude. The driver who towed my vehicle this morning her name was kim , she has a great customer service. I will use them in future and I will recommend to use them as well if you are looking for honesty.
