Guy there hung up the phone in my face Twice. He wanted me to drive there, pay for a headlight that cost 650.00 that they didn’t have there to make sure that it’s the same and the condition, he said i would have to pay for it then they would deliver it so I can be able to see it. I’ve been in the industry for over 30 years and this is the worst of the worst. Especially knowing that junkyards normally do not like to return your money if the part is defective or incorrect. I will never buy here again and will relay this information to everyone I know that is in this industry.
They had what I needed but they are very rude to black people I witnessed it with 3 different customers including my husband and I . The salesman gave me one price and came right back with a higher price but we need the parts and no one else had it.
The workers here are EXTREMELY rude! I called and they told me to hold and KEPT HANGING UP ON ME (then lied and said I was the one hanging up), Only to have an attitude because I kept calling back. I didn't even get any assistance because he was RUSHING ME OFF THE PHONE! They shouldn't talk to ANYBODY like they spoke me. If you don't want to work, close the business! Don't go here if you want to be treated with respect.
They didn’t have the part I was looking for but did insist that their store on the north side of town had it. The guy did type in the VIN # to see exactly what part I needed so that was helpful.
This is not a good business! And should be shut down! I bought a starter for my vehicle because a mechanic told me the starter was bad. So I came to buy one here. He ordered the starter, found out that my vehicle was mis diagnosed and came back the same day less than 2 hours to get a refund, they tell me that it’s a 25 percent restocking fee!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get scammed!
The person on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I called yesterday to ask if they had a part in stock then the man argued with me just because I was trying to clarify what he was saying. He then placed me on hold twice and never got back with me so I had to call back. Piss poor communication and courtesy.
Bought a starter here and it worked for exactly 30 days before defaulting and ultimately having to get it replaced again. Management did not care and said no refund because the 30 day mark had passed… why resale used items if it’s just going to break down? It’s dumb in my opinion
What kind of business is this???? Went to buy a hood for my car...first of all...told to stand behind church pew...don't approach counter! Then yell to the guy what I wanted..he said he had one... I asked what color..he yelled I don't know...I asked to see the condition of the hood...he replied....you have to buy it first!!!!....????where they do that at???????...had to kick rocks out of that place!!!!lol
1st guy laughed and hung up in my face second guy was ok. I understand they might be busy but I called damn near as soon as they opened so they werent that busy, but they could really work on customer service skills rather than just hang up on people. That's totally rude.
Been coming here for years. Great place but somehow today I've been here an hour and a half and still haven't gotten my part. Still give them 5 stars though. This trip was perfect. In and out & extremely satisfied
Called in for a part they had the product on hand and provided a 30 day warranty. I’ll definitely be back! Special thanks to the cashier she was supper efficient
