I needed a hard-to-find part for my 1988 CRX, and they were able to ship it out for me the next day. I tried junkyards all over the state, but they were the only ones who had the part intact and willing to ship. Reasonable price too, considering. 5 stars, will definitely be my first call next time around.
Excellent products and services. Unbeatable.
I needed a new rear light panel for my 2015 Nissan Versa, and while I was there I thought maybe they had a passenger door to replace mine that had been hit by a deer going 75. My car, not the deer. We walked through hundreds of cars in back, and they told me today that it is 2000. They had 3 silver Versas, but not all manual, which was my door (no power or key). The guy removed the door and carried it back up front along with a front and rear light panel. The door price was normal for used doors (especially for my silver color), and the light panels were decently low priced. I figured getting it all the same day that I started looking was a pretty good deal. Total price was less than $500. My mechanic installed the new door and light panels the next day, and I gave him $200 because the door was a big problem and he did excellent body work. He had to cut the old door out with a saw. You can't tell anymore that I hit a deer.
Any body shop would have charged thousands for this job. I got it done for less than $700, thanks to For Less Auto Parts. Junior was great -- very helpful, really nice guy. I went there again today for the driver side light panels front and rear. He had them and I needed them. My back one is going out now and then, and my front one has moisture inside. I got both of them for less than $175. Very reasonable prices. Thanks Junior.
0 stars, I called 2 hours before getting up there to see if they had an alternator and they said yes, went up there and it took them an hour to find the part. After getting home to put the new alternator in, I find out they sold me a bad alternator. 0/10 don’t recommend this place. Time wasted and money wasted. And they don’t do returns. This place and a junk yard. They don’t even know half the stuff they have is bad or good.
I needed a part that was discontinued 20 years ago, and was rare to begin with. They had it, and was able to ship to the east coast within a few days, and the part was in great shape and worked perfectly, and was a very reasonable price. Great service.
I visited Store for Less Auto Parts, hoping to establish a business relationship for future purchases. The manager agreed to open an account for me, which I appreciated. However, my experience with their pricing was disappointing.
When I inquired about the price of a specific part, I was told it would cost $100. To verify, I called another business right in front of the manager, and they offered the same part for $60. Despite this, the manager at Store for Less Auto Parts did not offer any flexibility, such as meeting me halfway at $80. This lack of willingness to negotiate, even for a dealer account, was frustrating.
I mentioned that my business is located nearby and that I prefer to shop locally, but this did not seem to make a difference. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of competitive pricing and the unwillingness to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.
"well go get it their then mentality" however if you can reach a member of higher staff you will be retreated most respectfully. good help is hard to find and some of their staff reminds you of this.
This place really sucks I had to wait entirely to long no one was in there when I went there and smoking within the facility that is insane no consideration for your paying customers that have to sit and wait for a part my lungs collecting cigarettes I haven’t been to a auto part in years I just order my parts online and I think I will still consider that dealing with these people

Called to confirm availability on a part, they assured it was on hand. Drove 1 hour just to get told it was sold weeks ago. Garbage people. Time wasted
Very bad customer service, the guy at the front didn't even bothered asking for the year and model of my vehicle or which part I was looking for. I wanted to tell him which part I was looking for I when he rudely interrupted me saying they didn't have the part. If I were the manager or owner I would fire him.
The Hispanic guy at the front desk was not friendly are helpful and didn't want my business if I could give them no stair I would I want be coming back to this place anymore
If I could give them 0 stars I would . Only reason coming here is because this was the only place I can find my part immediately. They have very poor customer service and the dude that helped me out asked one of the men did he want to look at my car to see which part I was talking about and he said NO I don’t want to and walked away
Called twice to confirm they had a part i needed in the color I needed and they said yes both times. So I took the drive out there and they tried giving me a completely different color and said they didn't have the color I needed when I got there. Wasted my gas and time driving 40min to get there.
Loay is a worker there and is a man of his word. Tried to install a part but since car is 20+ years old. He allowed me to try to install and unfortunately didn't work out. He refunded me fully without hesitation. Great service and my go to for auto parts if I need for my old cars.
Don't waste your time this place is a joke. 5 parts puller and none of these clowns do anything all in the office just talking. Your part won't get pulled. Spend two hour waithing and still not able to pull a spindle that would take 30 min at the most. The owner should be there take care of his business or this place will be closing soon. No matter how much they tell you they have a part or how good the price sound don't bother they will either not pull the part or give you a higher price. YOU HAVE BEEB WARNED.....You better of going to apache dong the raod or any other junck yard on the area but stay oway from these assh****.
I am an automotive ECM PCM Electronic part rebuilder and reseller. We need quality parts. I have used For Less Auto Parts for years and will continue. Wilson is usually who I ask for. Very helpful.
Called ahead and was told they had the part I needed. Drive an hour one way just to find out they didn't have said parr. Upon arrival I the employees were smoking inside and treated me like I was bothering them when trying to get help. Safe to say I should have read their reviews before doing business with them.
It was horrible. I rate 0 stars. I called for part. I was told in stock. Came all the way from Pasadena Tx was told again it was available. Told to have a seat. After about an hour nothing. My brother called and was told that they don't pull the part until paid for. I sitting in waiting area for an hour already. So I asked why wasn't I informed. Paid waited another 30 minutes and said I was next. Went to get food called before I went back only to be lied to again said 30 more minutes. Returned again. Told my part was being pulled. 45 minutes later told that they had 2 cars one was gone employee was looking for the other car. 45 more minutes I was finally told they didn't even have the part. They kept me and the ride I paid for waiting for approximately 4 hrs. And the only resolution they offered was a refund of my money. Before I went I asked 2 times if they had the part. Before I left Pasadena I asked again and was told come on we have it. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE IT'S HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND UNREASONABLE WAIT TIME IF THEY EVEN HAVE THE PART. OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE FINDING PART SOMEWHERE ELSE. O STARS
Worst business ever. I called for a part and they didn’t have it. Soo they gave me another place to call that had it. The other place gave me a good price. I lost the address and number for the other place and call them back for it and they tell me they have the part but want to charge me double. I ask them if they can give me the address for the other place and they said no to buy there’s. That’s shady and bad business. Never will buy a part from them again. I have a used car lot and buy a lot of parts. Call Cullen auto parts. They are not shady like these guys.
Everything was good, but because of the fact that I needed the part immediately , had to pay the same price as a new part , if I had got it on eBay.
Other than that, the part was good, as all my other parts, WHICH I have gotten from this place. He was still cheaper than the auto parts store & he should of lowered the price a little
No sense of customer service. Lazy. If you complain they make you wait longer. Waited for over 2 hours for a simple rod that takes 15 minutes for even an inexperienced person to remove. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend, will not return. My husband ended up taking the part off himself because their entire unqualified staff could not provide the service that they accepted payment for.
Most horrible service , the guy with the glasses after waiting over one hour inside , after breaking the parts we wanted for a car and we called prior and after telling us he got a hood for a work van that’s beyond grade c and even close to decent , I asked for a discount on a mirror , he toke the mirror away from the counter , was extremely rude And very vulgar , his tone was Very condescending. We try to support local
Business with this attitude and tone . , good luck please do not patron this business and stay a way
Super chill place, if you are getting multiple or big parts be ready to wait a while. No glitz and glam here but that's what you get for such low prices on parts. I got a great deal on a bundle of parts and they brought them out to my car WITH THE SCREWS. Excellent customer service my man Alex made sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be going back here for parts in the future
I’ve only been there once so far, but I experienced great customer service and will be back. Their lead parts puller (early 60’s, spoke mostly Spanish) left a very positive, lasting impression on me. He carefully pulled all parts so as not to break even the tiniest plastic clip, and properly stored all parts which I wasn’t buying in a manner which protected said parts for future clients. A technician providing this level of care towards the client (and of course his own supervisor/the business owner, Felix) spoke volumes to me about the morale of the business as a whole. I look forward to shopping with For Less Auto Parts in the future!
Most of the negative reviews seem misguided, this place has great prices, over $150 less then any of the competition I called. Parts were very clean for the price point, as shown in the photos below. The mechanic took me out there to watch, and made sure I got the items into my car safely.
Places like this have to be strict, and as someone who is shopping the used parts market, you need to expect to have no cash refunds and some warranty restrictions, these people have to make money too.
The clerk even knocked my price down because I couldn't swing sales tax. I couldn't recommend this place enough. It is a great option for used parts.
If you expect to game the system, or be treated like you are above the rules, then buy new.
