I paid and within minutes they were loaded in my truck and I was on my way. The service was impecable and it was a very very great process. I’m glad Airline Auto Parts had the part that I needed. Jasmine was super helpful at the very front desk/area, she has all those LILO and STITCH figures on the top counter. I went to another auto parts prior to this location and they told me that AAP had the part because their computer system showed that they had it. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes with 3-4 people in front me .
In a hurry at work I drove in reverse and broke the rear taillight of the company truck 🛻. I needed the piece asap and I had it replaced before a write ✍️ up lol.
Stupendous. What a great business model. James assisted me in getting a second row bench seat for my vehicle. They were in nearly new condition. The transaction was streamlined. Much easier to deal with than the largest nationwide salvage chain, and at a fair price. If ever I need other parts, this will be my first place to shop. Thanks James.

Terrible Experience - Fake Auto Parts and Unprofessional Service
I had a horrible experience with this company. They sold me what was supposed to be a genuine Transmission, but it turned out to be a cheap counterfeit. This not only wasted my time and money but also caused additional damage to my vehicle.
The customer service was equally disappointing. When I contacted them to address the issue, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Instead of offering a solution or refund, they refused to take responsibility.
I strongly advise against buying anything from this company. Their unprofessional behavior and shady business practices make them completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable seller.
They buy parts from people on the street and resale it back to you and when you call them back they will tell you that there is a third party warranty will take care of you but they are more junk than airline auto part itself.

Got a good deal on the part that I ordered, however customer service with my salesman was a pain. Part was delivered in 5 days, but was missing pieces. Took an extra week to get those missing pieces. Had To call daily to try to keep the ball rolling. It was just a pain but overall got a quality part for a great deal.

I was very unhappy with the service. When I called and asked if you had a certain fuel pump in stock your salesman stated you had one on the shelf. I live in Friendswood south of Houston, it took me over an hour to drive up there and when I arrived the parts guy said wait 15 to 20 minutes while we pull it off the truck. When they got the part it was the wrong one. I asked if they had the right pump and he said this was the only one on the truck. I was very disappointed with the service and attitude of your employees.
