I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. When I called to inquire about a price, I was quoted a rate that was unexpectedly doubled. To make matters worse, the call ended abruptly while I was still speaking. I recommend looking for alternatives that offer both better prices and improved service.
Made me drive an hour to a lift gate that was clean supposedly and when I got there it was not repairable. Waste of time. Asked for a picture 10 different times and go the run around. Had to drive to see the junk they sell. And when I arrived guy in front was having his Chinese food so no attention to customer until he was done.
Picked up a 2015 Ford Mustang 2.3L engine which looks to be in good shape. Victor was most professional and beyond helpful. Service was great and the facility was in order, clean, and organized.
I took my truck in on a Tuesday five minute process to drop it off left my phone number. Gentleman was very nice. Told me no problem. I expected it to take a week. It took three days. Truck runs perfectly. Couldn’t be more happier with the whole process I will definitely be going back, thank you guys
I drove 4 hours to get a part and was told several times the price was 300$ and explained that I was driving far. No problem but when I showed up the agreed price was 300, they walked in the back started speaking Spanish then price was 600$. Never do business without getting it in writing.
Usually i order online, i do not like to drive, but i was very please with the service, i was looking for torsion bar,yoel took very good care of me ,i will be using this place again.good service.
They wanted to sell me 2 dead batteries for $50+tax and wanted me to take them to get them charged after and with only 30 day warranty when right next door they charge $45+tax (still under $50) for fully charged refurbished batteries and with 6 months warranty! Can't beat that! All American is ridiculous for trying to sell dead batteries at that price. 0 stars if I could.
I don’t know how this place got such a high rating when the flat out disrespect of an employee (on 10/5/23 3:40pm) ignoring my friend & I who came in to see if they had a tail light for my husband’s truck! He saw us walk in before anyone else waiting yet he spoke to both men to help them first! Not until I got pissed & started walking out did he even acknowledge our being there but by then it was too late! I refuse to be treated like my business means anything less than the next just because I’m a female! I’ve probably done more work on vehicles than he has! I’ve been under a hood since i was 7 with my uncle & there’s no excuse whatsoever for such poor customer service but most of all to be prejudice towards us because we are woman… he should not work in a position where he deals with people unless he can treat everyone equally!

Went here and they knew what I needed and sold me the wrong thing and argued about returning my money. Ended up shorting me $25. To tip that off. He tried to tell me I said it had be bent. I watched guy drop it with the loader. If it wasn’t bent it’s bent now.. don’t care about parts quality as long as they get their money right or wrong size!
Went there a couple of times, but they didn't have the used parts I needed (simply because they weren't available there). It was a bit disappointing, but the staff there were very helpful and made the time to see if they had the parts. My hat's off to them for their professionalism.
