Fadi was extremely helpful and kind. I originally asked to tow my truck back due to a charging system code, but he has able to diagnose and get my car back to running without the need for a tow. Appreciated his honesty and will save his number for the future.
My car was stuck in a garage with low clearance (6’5”) and Select Towing was the only company in the Houston area that had trucks with a low enough height clearance to access the garage. The driver, Freddy (Fadi), was awesome! He was extremely helpful, reassuring, and went an extra mile to help us during this stressful situation. Thankful that he got assigned to our case!
My sister was in a pinch today because her car would turn on. After calling 5 tow companies, this was the only one who was able to get into the galleria parking lot and help us! My car wouldn't start while I was leaving the gym, completely dead. I called them for a tow while I was away from the car to have it towed to the nearest dealership. Picked it up within an hour and dropped it off at the dealership without any hassle. Easy process and communication. A 30 minute tow to the dealership was $145 which is reasonable to me. I would recommend this tow company to anyone who has car issues.

Select towing provided excellent service. They told my car from Galveston Texas to Katy Texas with no problem. I did not have to be there in Galveston to pick up my car and I did not have to be in my final destination as well. Payment for services was very easy. I will definitely be using select towing again in the future
This is the best towing experience I’ve had. He was super kind and fast! Me and my partner got caught in the rain and flooded out the car and he was there within 30 minutes and towed us out of water that was about 6 inches high. Then a few days later he came and towed us to a shop. Super friendly guy, made great conversation as well.
They arrived very quickly after calling and even tried to help me fix the problem (reason my truck would not start) before towing me to the automotive repair shop! Great customer service. Can’t recommend them more highly.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I called them, because I needed a jumpstart. After getting my vehicle started, the OWNER of this company tried to steal my vehicle, broke the door to my vehicle, physically threw me out of the vehicle onto the cement, then ran off with my phone. I am covered in road rash, I have a gash on my ankle that required stitches. I had to run to an emergency security box to call security. Thankfully the garage I was at has police officers as security, so they were able to get my phone back from him. I have no clue who left these positive reviews. As a small, young female, this was the most scary experience I have ever had. I drive an old car, I’m very familiar with tows, roadside assistance, mobile mechanics, etc., and I have NEVER had an experience like this. NO ONE should use this company EVER. Wait longer, pay more with someone else, trust me, it’s not worth your physical endangerment. I would post photos of the injuries, but it seems inappropriate for a review.
I own a car fleet and unfortunately this company was hired for a tow to my location. The driver was rude and when asked to drop the car on the other side on my property he said he would charge for another tow even before it was dropped. I hire tow trucks every week and this one is now on my blacklist and ranks at the bottom of service.
Select Towing was awesome! Two other tow companies turned us down because they couldn’t come into a parking garage. It was no problem for Select Towing. He got there quickly, loaded up with no issue, and delivered it and sent pictures. I am very impressed with Select Towing and will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Great service! Came faster than the expected arrival and our driver was really nice throughout the whole process. Our driver also looked at our car to see if there was anything he could do before he towed it and he was very accommodating. Will definitely be using his services again if we ever need it!!
Freddy with Select towing to the rescue he was extremely polite, and knowledgeable he knew exactly what kind of tow truck would work for our unique situation as we were parked in the Hobby airport parking garage he arrived in less than an hour during rush hour and within 20 minutes with great care and expertise loaded up our GMC Yukon and had it on its way … it didn’t stop there he then sent photos of our vehicle dropped off along with keys in the night drop box at dealership. We would high highly recommend his company! In such a stressful and might I also mention hot 100 degree situation this is the type of customer service and treatment I’d want to have! Oh I wish I knew the name of the gentlemen that assisted me with getting a jump start. He was so kind, professional and helpful. I was stranded in a grocery store parking lot, sweating my tail off. I called around to quite a few placed and the wait to get someone out was horrendous. The gentlemen with Select Towing was transparent and patient, while remaining in communication with me the entire time. He tested my battery and educated me on what steps to take next. I recommend everyone save the number, 10 out of 10 I will be using them again.
Extremely rude. My car was damaged during the process of towing and although I was very patient and polite, the owner cursed at me, was very rude, and refused to assess or fix the damages. So now I have to go through the trouble of going to legal route to get this fixed. This is so unnecessary and unprofessional.

Got a flat tire while working for Uber, I called roadside assistance they offer and they said it would be a minimum of 2 hour wait so I got on google and called Select Towing. I’m so happy I did they got there within 15 minutes. My spare didn’t fit my car so in the cold and wet weather he serviced my tire so that I could make it to the 24/7 tire shop which was 9 miles away from where I was located. Their services is amazing and he went over and beyond so that I wasn’t stranded. Was able to get to my destination and get back on the road to work. Thank you so very much once again!!!! Very nice and took care of my damaged Porsche. Fadi didn’t need to but advised how he was planning to tow the 911 Turbo from a tight spot. That’s when I knew I could walk away and head home without worry. Met me at my house about 20 minutes later and set the car in my car port. It was tight and I have to say he is the man! Took him 1 attempt and even left room for my garbage cans!

I called after getting a stalled vehicle and waiting over 2 hours for another company in the rain. We were given a quote of 155$ for 20 miles and estimated time of 25 minutes for ETA to where my car was stalled.
Fadi arrived within 10-15 minutes and blew my mind. It was great! He was courteous and very professional. I really appreciated his quick response time and towing after being so frustrated with my insurance towing company.

Incredibly professional and pleasant to work with. Had to have my car towed 3miles and he made sure to secure it and drive slow (it’s a very low car and could scrap). Also gave me a discount because they took longer than expected to give me a quote. Really nice and definitely keeping that number in my phone in case I need another one.
