I had never see such horrible customer service. I had to use them thru AAA to get my daughter's car that had been found after being stolen. I was happy and in a good mood until this man showed up. He was upset because there was a mess up with another driver, and he ended up taking it on me. I asked him a question and he was frozen without saying a word, and I asked him if he spoke English. He got upset and started speaking another language to me and I knew he was saying something bad. Even if he wasn't, that was completely rude and uncalled. He started to curse me out and started to be super rude. He doesn't deserve to work anywhere where he has to talk to people. He should work in a pig farm or a morgue.
My wife and I returned after a week of vacation to find our 2017 Ford Platinum sitting over a large puddle of oil in the airport parking lot. I checked the oil level in the truck and sure enough it was ours and the truck had no oil. Frustrating way to end a vacation. My wife contacted AAA and they dispatched Primeco (Heart) Towing. Armando Martinez, our driver, arrived soon, quickly loaded the truck and got us home about 40 minutes away with rush hour traffic. He was very friendly and helpful. Very grateful for the quality service we received.
A driver almost crashed into me after he tried crossing five lanes. He then proceeded to get out the car and try to fight me after I had honked at him. I called the company and they didn’t seem to care since I didn’t have the license plate number of the truck. However I do have a video of the driver when he came to my window.
Primeco’s wrecker ran me off the road today while on his way to a tow. So bad that he swerved into the shoulder attempting to put me into the guard rail. Primeco lied and said he was off duty and not on a call. When I spoke with a manager at the location, they did not care of the incident, nor that I had dash cam footage, a photo of the driver, and license plate. This company shouldn’t be towing any vehicles, nor should they be representing AAA.
Sent out by AAA. Very shady company, was told 45 mins and 15 mins later the operator called and said my vehicle was towed by the city because I was not by my vehicle. Came back 5 mins later and my vehicle was still there and no row truck to be found... Had to call AAA again
Horrible customer service! DO NOT USE. If AAA recommends using them tell them you want to use another company. The operator hung up on me when I asked for a time range (not even a specific time) when the driver will be able to get there. I am now requesting AAA to send a different towing company as I will NOT ever do business with these people again.

If at any point you are asked to deal with the companies listed above DO NOT AGREE. I've sent a note to AAA saying to discontinue services with the shady companies listed above so hopefully no one else will have to deal with this in the future.
I called to have my car towed to the repair shop. The receptionist wasn't interested in my business. She said they had no one available. I inquired if they would have someone today and she said no and hung up. I'm not sure they are interested in staying in business.
We had to have our vehicle towed from our house to the local Ford dealership late one night. Primeco was there in less than 30 minutes and the technicians were very professional but somehow during the towing, our vehicle sustained damage caused by the steel chains on the flatbed tow vehicle. After the vehicle was repaired I sent a copy of the receipt to the company with an explanation and within 24 hours I was contacted and told the check would be mailed out the same day. Great service.....
If you get a flat with out aaa call them!! They were fast and helpful. I had a blow out on i10 at 6:45am on a Saturday. After calling three other tow services that were either closed or did not have anything available. Primeco was out there in 20 min and had me at a tire center in 10min for a low price. I am very thankful for them and will not be hesitant to use them again.
