I had a great experience. They arrived within 30 minutes, and got me to the mechanic quickly and for less than I paid for a shorter trip with another company. Will save them for future tows (but hopefully never have to call again!).
10 stars out of 5! My car broke down while I was on my way to work and I needed a tow to the mechanic that was literally a block away. He arrived super quick, hooked my car up and got me where I needed to go and went out of his way to stay a few extra minutes while we figured out where the best place to park it was, all for an INCREDIBLY fair price. 100% would use this service again or recommend them to anyone in the area that might need a tow. Excellent service all around!
My car is dead after upgrading software from BMW and need to tow to dealer fixing it. Since the car was parked in my garage, it is hard to get out from the small space without neutral setup. If I could rate it more than 5 stars I would! Very professional, fast service at a reasonable price! He helped tow my car after I got a flat in the middle of the night. I would definitely be calling again when in need of services.
