It’s always a big hassel to deal with tow truck companies my daughter had an accident and the owner got to her so fast bright her car home and his pricing was amazing definitely the guys to call.
Great customer service and easy and quick to request a quote for towing services. By far cheaper than every other company we looked into as well. Chris was super easy to coordinate with over the phone and took great accountability for any issues.

Called for a tow because of my truck not changing gears in the middle of the street. He was not even two minutes away and he was able to fix my shifter within seconds of being there. I called and asked for a tow because my car broke down on the side of the road. I gave Chris my starting and ending point. He gave me a quote and despite me being a little short of his quote he went ahead and helped me out of my situation. He cares about his customers and he went the extra mile to make sure I made it home safe. I have never had such a great experience with a tow truck driver. He is very humble and kind. Tow truck driver showed up for my wife. Would not accept credit cards. Tried to pay with cash app and the drivers cash app is locked up. What a hassle. A service company should be able to accept all forms of payment in this day and time. Everything is electronic and people rarely carry cash. What an inconvenience.
I was in a bind this morning having my work truck stuck in mud and called two separate tow truck companies before calling Top Notch. Neither company answered but I’m glad they didn’t. As soon as I called Top Notch my call was answered and a driver named Rafael was swiftly dispatched to me in about 30 minutes. He displayed professionalism, punctuality and was very kind in helping me get my truck back on the road at very reasonable price. If you want a no BS tow truck company I HIGHLY recommend Top Notch!! Today, my vehicle unexpectedly stopped working while driving. This was the first place I called and they quoted a very reasonable towing fee. From the time my car stopped to towing completion was about 30 minutes. They were very prompt and quick in getting to me.
The driver, Kerry was very nice to me and my son and made sure my automobile got back home safely.
I highly recommend this service and will keep them locked in for future towing efforts. In dire situations, you really need professionalism and great customer service. They have all of that.
