My car went out of battery at Galleria and needed help. The first towing company I called didn’t show up for 2 hours so I gave Citywide a call. Mounir showed up timely to help me jump start the car and towed it to my auto shop. Extremely professional, best price across the board, and honest and nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone who needs towing services.

We had such a positive experience with our tow truck driver, Ayoub! As two girls stranded and waiting for help, safety was definitely on our minds—but from the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, professional, and made us feel totally at ease. I asked if I could take a photo of his ID just for peace of mind, and without hesitation, he agreed and even offered to show us the tow truck’s vehicle insurance and registration documents. That small gesture really helped us feel safe and reassured. He was so polite, respectful, and clearly cared about doing the job right. Obviously depends on how far you have to tow the vehicle but compared to some other tow companies trying to charge 200+, he charged me a good price. Pretty cheap!

This towing company was CHEAP—in the best way! While other companies quoted me $170, $175, and even $180, they got the job done for just $120. My experience was made incredibly easy and professional thanks to Ayoub, the gentleman who handled the tow.
Right before he arrived, I realized my car wouldn’t turn on. It was inside a gated property, parked in a strange position, and I thought it would be extremely difficult to tow. Ayoub first tried to shift it into neutral and push it out, but when that didn’t work, he carefully maneuvered his truck inside the tight space. Inch by inch, he worked to access the car, then did the same to exit—without hitting or damaging the fence or property, even though the fit was incredibly tight.
He delivered the car to the location I requested and parked it exactly how I asked. Overall, super professional, dedicated, careful, and affordable. Highly recommend!

I contacted several companies but Citywide Towing Services had the best price and showed up within 30 minutes. I was informed when they were on the way and then again when the driver was 15 minutes out. That’s my type of communication! I would definitely use their services again.
