This business is running a scam. They are in partnership with businesses and watching vehicles to get an opportunity to tow them in less than 15 minutes. The security guards from the businesses are getting a kickback from the towing company and ESW is charging the maximum amount allowed by the state of Texas. NEVER SUPPORT OR USE THIS TOWING COMPANY. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED.

Great customer service! Fair pricing. I was panicking because my car wouldn't start. Don told me that he could get to me in 20 minutes. He arrived within 20 minutes as promised and was very professional. He even sent me a picture of my vehicle to let me know that it was safely dropped off to the auto repair shop.
Very quick to arrive. But he charged me $120 to pull me out of a ditch(understandable( On top of that, I only had $200 in cash, and after handing him the money, he walked around his truck then got back into the track and IMMEDIATELY got aggressive and said I only gave $80

Great customer service, great timing and friendly all around! I had a rough start to my day and my truck would not start and I had called several other tow companies all told me it would be an hour to 2 hours before they could get to me I called Southwest towing and he was here within 15 minutes. The price is there a reasonable and the service was professional and friendly! Highly recommend!

Fast response and great price! I was stranded at Walgreens in my old f150 and he showed up in his big yellow tow truck pretty quickly and even gave us a ride home. 5 stars for the super service highly recommend. GO ASTROS
Don just helped tow my car and I couldn't be happier. He showed up within 10 mins of me calling and was so nice over the phone, which had a calming effect. As a young women he did not make me feel uncomfortable by any means, infact quite the opposite with his caring personality.

Don is an exceptionally friendly and honest businessman. He showed up quick and quite literally got me out of a tight spot with my stuck car. Great service. If I had to use a tow again his is the first number I’d dial. Highly recommend to anybody around town in need of a tow man!
Don was quick and fast, he said he would be at my location in 15 mins, he showed up in 5. He was friendly and helpful, I would recommend him to anyone needing a quick tow.
I called 6-7 local towing companies before I got in touch with Don. Save yourself the runaround and call him first: he's got the most affordable rate I could find, he's a great communicator, and he knows his business. In my case, I needed a 60 mile tow after a brake failure on the 610 (not a good day). Don had to drive a pretty long distance to get back before he could move on to the next job, but he took it on and gave me a bit of a discount, too.
