Almost hitting my car and the driver in front of me just to get to a red light.
We used this company to tow our car to a service lot for temporary storage until we could get our insurance company to tow it to a mechanic. Our bumper and back end is completely messed up now as well as a huge gash on the side.
These guys are amazing they went out of their way to help us and work with us on price. We have just had one hard knock after the other this month and having the car towed was just the straw that broke the camels back. Instead of treating me like Just another number the guys at WAM treating me like a Human more than that they treated me like someone they actually cared about. After getting the runaround for hours the lot that my car was towed to I just wanted to get it towed back to my house which was only a couple blocks away. It didn’t need to be complicated or that expensive. Unfortunately complications was all I got from every other business I talk to you today. Talking to Wreck Amended Was like a soothing balm . They are fast, affordable, respectable, and moreover they have the decency to treat people kindly and humanely. Have your car towed is never a good experience for anyone. It’s a nightmare to find out that your car is not where you left it and furthermore is going to cost you hundreds of dollars to get it back.

DO NOT GO HERE! SCAMMERS! to make a 4 month story short, they tried have me a raggedy rental car, it broke down & they made me pay for a deductible on it because my car was totaled, and they needed another way to get money. wouldn’t NOT release my car back to state farm. horrible customer service. CARLOS is the main scammer. if you get into an accident use your insurance & their towing service. they hide at the scene of the of accidents to get a quick customer but don’t know how to handle clientele.
If you want a shop with an owner (Ariah) that goes ahead and makes decisions WITHOUT your consent go ahead and come here! The situation I had with my insurance was not polite, and I spoke with the owner, who gave me a lot of insight, which I’m grateful for. In the end, Ariah made a decision off of assumption, in releasing my vehicle. Ariah’s claim was “based off of the conversation we had he went ahead and released the vehicle”. Anyone that starts a sentence with based off and I did this on your behalf it’s NOT worth it. Ariah then stated “I did not need your signature anyway”. In addition Ariah bold faced lied saying I said that when he would not release the recording of the conversation we had. Save yourself the headache and frustration. If you are looking for time to make a decision a shop should not go ahead without ensuring that’s the decision you want. Ariah stated he would share charges of holding my car and NEVER did. My insurance shared the vehicle was released NOT even the owner had the courtesy to share he made that decision. VERY POOR. If I could give that transaction a rating it would be ZERO STARS. I will NOT be recommending any family or friends to this place. I am happy my experience is over and that I am able to share with anyone considering this shop.

Andrew saved the day for me, I couldn’t find a tow truck for 2-3 hours and I was stuck in the middle of the freeway. Andrew just rolled up and got everything handled and was so nice and cool. All in all it was a top tier experience, 10/10 would recommend.

My car broke down and within 30 minutes they were there picking me up. Drove me an hour or so to my house to drop it off. Ariah was my drivers name, and he was very polite and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Great service.

Awesome experience! My front tire got blown off in the highway and I was stranded near the fast lane of traffic making it even worse. I googled and saw their reviews and had to give them a call, not surprisingly they delivered and were courteous and took me home to safety! Row and this company was more than just helpful in my situation. Within minutes of my call he arrived and towed my car out of a ditch without a worry or damage.
