I arrived here at 9:30pm on Sunday for my 6am-10am appointment tomorrow morning. 6am, is when they open. Walked over to office to check in, gave me a door instantly. Open trailer doors, slide tandems to rear is optional, backed into door.
7:45am, warehouse worker came and handed me my bills and seal tag. I was out. Simple easy in and out process.

David Escobar was such a helpful person and has a amazing customer service. Such a patient person who did above and beyond to help me. Should absolutely get a raise!! On the other hand Doug has always been very rude and impatient with me and other Hispanic customers I have sent to this location.

Excelentes personas, amables y gran espacio para cargar. Hay 4 o 5 espacios para estacionar y para pasar la noche, solo que si se llena no tendrás dónde quedarte. Gran experiencia venir aqui

Second time here, I checked in at 630am for a scheduled 8am appointment. Got in door around 7am In and out within 30 minutes. Overnight Parking is Limited, It’s about 4-5 Parking Spots.. You can claim one if you get there at a decent time..

By rate confirmation load will be 42,000lbs ....B.O.L. says that load is 43,700lbs....while CAT scale says it's about 46,000lbs....

Unloaded in a out 30 minutws, very friendly staff. In and out quick. As for as I know they go by appointment time.

Lazy.my appointment 6am they give me door 10 clock. Thay load first only lkq trailer. Nobody care about your appointment

They overbook their appointments. Don't get here too early before your appointment or they will ask you to leave & tell you to go to the trucks stop. Pilot is 7 miles north. When you come back on time you have to wait 2 hours for a 30 minute unload. I suggest you go over across the street to Shipley Do-nuts or Hartz Chicken. Both were excellent.
