David Escobar was such a helpful person and has a amazing customer service. Such a patient person who did above and beyond to help me. Should absolutely get a raise!! On the other hand Doug has always been very rude and impatient with me and other Hispanic customers I have sent to this location.

Second time here, I checked in at 630am for a scheduled 8am appointment. Got in door around 7am In and out within 30 minutes. Overnight Parking is Limited, It’s about 4-5 Parking Spots.. You can claim one if you get there at a decent time..
They overbook their appointments. Don't get here too early before your appointment or they will ask you to leave & tell you to go to the trucks stop. Pilot is 7 miles north. When you come back on time you have to wait 2 hours for a 30 minute unload. I suggest you go over across the street to Shipley Do-nuts or Hartz Chicken. Both were excellent.
