If I could give them 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. This place is a total joke. I bought a part here, and it didn’t even work once. When I went back to return it, they flat out refused to give me my money back I even though my receipt clearly says I should get 25% back. They just didn’t care. Rude, shady, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and stay far, far away from this place.
I have been a satisfied customer for over 25 years! I sincerely appreciate the service and comprehensive approach to solving and discovering problems! Fred, Jeremy and the entire crew have always been very professional and friendly! I recommend this service!
Called to confirm part and was told they have it. Drove over an hour and waited 30 minutes for them to say they didn't have it and to come back next week when they get more care. Horrible customer service. Don't recommend.
I want to thank Ronald and his staff for a great experience. He had a part I needed, in stock and ready to go. He didn’t have another part I needed, but directed me to his competitor just so that I’d be taken care of. That type of service is hard to find.
Great place to shop for auto parts. These guys are professional, friendly and absolutely the best of about four such businesses I went to that same day. I would give them a 10 star if it were possible.

From Mr. Stacy to the whole Carfix crew.. I appreciate the professionalism everytime I come here. The staff is very knowledgeable even if the don't have what you are looking for they will point you to a dealer who will have it. Christ, Mori's and Michelle are all spot on. Keep it up guys. Helped install the part as well as answering all our questions. Carfix auto parts is very knowledgeable and we happy that we found this place!!
Very bad customer service. They told me to hold on to my receipt because motor had 1 month warranty. They would not return my money back( which is ok with me) but would give me another motor. Turns out the motor was damaged internally. They denied they gave me warranty and never again answered my calls.(since they knew I came from The Valley) Very bad service. That Pedro guy is very rude.
I came In to pick up a 2007 Honda Accord 2.4Liter Driver side fender and it was perfect Fit and just what I needed Christan and Moris was a great help don’t hesitate to get some parts or ask question great guys and workers don’t hesitate to stop by and get your parts fast and easy.
Very good experience, called ahead and they confirmed the part was in stock. When I arrived, the office was very clean and tidy and the staff was very friendly and enjoying their work. I was able to inspect the part before buying and they helped load it. Hope to use them again!
By far the best customer service and experience. Usually finding parts can be a hassle and I’ve met so many grumpy and unwilling to help auto part salesmen. But this place always greets me with a smile and is ready to help with whatever part I need! Highly recommend!

When I called them up for the first time, I was greeted with friendliness. I needed an abs sensor for my Toyota Tundra and it had to be on a specific wheel hub. They went the extra mile to confirm the part, pulled it out, and sent pictures just to ABSOLUTELY make sure it was the right ABS sensor I was looking for. Sure enough I came over, talked with the friendly staff, and made my purchase. Definitely a much needed experience than other auto parts store I've been to. Would come to them again if I need anything else.
Purchased a fender and liner from them, they are a family business and really do a wonderful job with customer service. I have never been treated as well at a Used Parts place. Michelle was very helpful by phone and being a woman they didn't act like I was stupid. Highly recommend them.
If your looking for good and fast service come here . They are very helpful , can easily Accommodate you and are super polite . I sadly didn’t get the name of the guy who helped me when I walked in but he made sure I got everything I needed . Michelle was also very sweet and great .
I love Car Fix a pleasure dealing with Mr. Pedro he knows me guess by my voice, always polite an calls me Mr. Keet, Mr. Mareno is good parts man also he gives good service an reference. Good place too buy used parts. I have bought many used engines an transmissions never had a problem with any used parts.
