Absolutely phenomenal service. My son had a tire blow out in a sketchy part of town at 11pm. I initially told him to use the built in service in the vehicle to get a tow ASAP (they're supposed to be the fastest), and they had a 2 hour estimate. I called JM, and they had a driver there in 25 minutes. Loaded up in 5, and dropped at the discount tire near me home to repaired in the morning.
Any time you have to call for a tow, something bad has happened; but these guys at least make it tolerable.

Service was ok, but the charged me $50 deposit over phone. Said it would go towards my $295 charge. Then they charged me another $350 at drop off. I feel that is not right.

Ali took the time to give me options on what to do with my son’s Honda Civic after the accident. I personally watched him unload the car on my driveway. He did it with so much care, in a way he was gentle with the car! Would recommend to anyone. They also work directly with your insurance company so you don’t have to go through the hassle. Awful customer service. We ended up not needing them and they refused to refund us the deposit. They never said the deposit was non-refundable until we called back to cancel. The message said $50 but they said on the phone it was $75 deposit. They gave us a wait time of 50 minutes then changed it to 15 when I called back to cancel. The tow truck driver then tried to tell me it would mess up our transmission by towing it ourselves, manual vehicles obviously work differently than automatics. Would not recommend
Amazing service! My vehicle broke down on me around 9:45pm i had to leave it. I made it home around 10:00pm called them and they picked my vehicle up brung it to me by 10:30pm Amazing reliable, trustworthy services I will definitely be recommending them. Thank y’all again for helping me out!

Hello it started off ok with 50. So, once he got there he asked for the rest of the money 200 dollars to take it 6 miles I had another car but I will call AAA without no tolls left is still cheaper.
