These guys are doing great job.I had my car hauler towed from San Antonio to Houston. It's a delicate job. Not everyone wants or able to do it, given the low ground clearance. Huge shout-out to Mission Wrecker Service! My insurance sent them out for a flat tire last night 2/11/26, and the service was top-notch. The technician was incredibly helpful and friendly. He changed the tire in no time and even made sure the spare had enough air. Fast, prepared, and great customer service. Highly recommend!
I’m upset because I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who came to tow my car. He was so kind, polite, and careful with my vehicle. I really appreciate him. When he pulled away with my car, I had absolutely no doubt that it was in good hands.

Jennifer in the office was very courteous and clearly customer focused. The tow truck was Oscar and he was absolutely phenomenal, extremely careful and took the time to do everything right. Communicated very well while hooking up my 43’ motor home and called to give me an update when the RV had reached the repair shop. Price was very fair for everything Oscar had to do. I highly recommend them.

They were very patient and kind when I first called in a frenzy because I was in the middle of the road with my baby! They were punctual and continued to update me with new information and call back to confirm mine. The man who arrived was u restating and kind and took good care of my vehicle and followed my instructions perfectly for drop off.

Tow Driver made job More Difficult than it was BEING LAZY! Complained and called in for extra time to get paid! You knew when you came it was a roller wheel lift tow. Talking about close to the garage wall…Yada Yada! After the fact you walking along side the wall with Roller wheel and a BABY JACK! I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of the right side because I would’ve been in the way. He has pictures of this VERY DIFFICULT WALL yeah right. I don’t know his name.
Battery completely dead Shift Gear was lock in Drive and key stuck because No Power from battery. I told Jennifer that when I called in to make sure they had Roller Lift through my Geico Insurance. He Kept trying to bypass to put in Neutral after I advise him Not To. I told him I went through this earlier from a Flatbed Tow. He finally Stop when I said if you Break it you will pay. Finally Putting Roller lift wheels on took under 15min in my Garage…5min was putting wood blocks on that tiny baby Jack! LOOK at the photo..Pitiful Again you knew I have a SUV bring tiny Jack!
I have 2011 Audi Q7 TDI Diesel maybe it doesn’t have a bypass! If my SUV did have HE didn’t know how to do it!
I called back to complain spoke to Jennifer. She made excuses and when I told her that I felt she seemed unbothered she said but then dismissively put me on Speaker…to me to continue on what she was doing. Probably nothing.

I had a fantastic experience with Mission Wrecker! I needed my car towed and Marco arrived promptly. He was professional and friendly. He took care of everything, got my van to the repair shop, and sent a pic to confirm. He made a stressful situation much better!
Marco did awesome. My daughter (17) was having her car towed and was concerned when the wrecker that showed up was not a flatbed. But Marco took great care of her car, loaded on to dollies and the auto load. She felt much better after seeing the care he was putting in hooking everything up.
John Lawrence did a great job with the pick-up, transporting and drop-off of my truck. More importantly he was fantastic with my son asking if he wanted to help and if we wanted pictures and even giving him fist bumps. All of this before he knew he’s a non-verbal autistic child. First time using mission , they seem to be a really good tow company, the truck was nice and clean the driver was courteous and found my location with no problem. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend ..thanks mission .
Oscar was very professional and listened to me in regards to how I wanted my bus towed. She’s seen many a tow truck, so I kinda have it down to a science. He allowed us to lead the way to the shop, so it was safer/easier for him to pull in. Very happy with today’s service! Thank you Oscar!
First time I’ve had my 26-foot RV towed to a shop, Daniel did an outstanding job. He thought about it, looked around, and came up with a plan. He got the RV from the position where it’s at an incline. My driveway is 125 feet from that point to the street. I greatly appreciate his experience.

John and Warren were extremely professional. The vehicle they were hauling was pretty much one of a kind. He let me know when he was on site and then let me know as soon as he dropped it off. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any tow service.
