These people are scammers under the disguise as a towing company. Was parked in California and Windsor st block in montrose where you’re not allowed to park on the street at night time but the no parking time signs look identical to the no parking past this point sign especially at night time. There are no meters to pay and also happened after 6pm. They literally have one of their tow truck drivers just following some guy driving a Prius giving out citations on windshields. Half an hour on their lot cost me $303.
Fast Tow is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I parked for just one minute, and they already had my car trapped to tow. When I tried to reason with them, they were unbelievably rude, aggressive, and completely heartless. They refused to release my car unless I paid on the spot, even though I was right there.
It’s clear this company survives by preying on people — not by providing any real service. Their attitude was disgusting, their customer service nonexistent, and their entire operation feels like a scam. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this company at all costs.
Fast Towing Towed My Car On Barbee & emancipation Ave at 1:15am for a new sign that was put up within the last week ( car bate at its finest) but was long clarifying to know what it meant. we had to go the to tow lot where they charged us & several other $302 for the car being there for an half an hour ! not to mention as we was sitting there we saw how reckless and fast this tow company was pulling up with cars and leaving to go get more ! no care in the world , the man at the window was weird and inconsiderate! DO NOT RECOMMEND

My car's fuel pump went out. I scheduled an early morning tow a few days in advance. Lyle was incredibly helpful in getting my car to the shop! Towed from a parking garage with a 6'9" clearance. The final tow cost matched the estimate given when I called to schedule the tow.
My husband's car broke down on I-45 and we called "Tow and Go", the free 1 mile tow service off freeways. Several tow trucks passed by because they thought the car was too low to the ground because it was a sports car and needed a flat bed but Twine stopped and towed the car to a parking lot off the freeway. He was super polite and we were so appreciative that he stopped and tried to hook up the car. He was the best - thank you Twine for AWESOME service.
This is scam, muhammad abu charged me $100 for just to lift car because as soon as i reached, he says if you dont want it to tow, pay 110, i said i dont have, he says ok lets do venmo, he didnt send receipt of $100 he took cash from me. Probably he stole from his company as well.
It feels like they are running a predatory towing scam, taking cars just to charge people outrageous fees. Honest businesses don’t operate this way. I will be filing a complaint with the city and pursuing a tow hearing to report their illegal practices.
Fast Tow is the definition of shady business. My car was taken into their garage, and only after it was lifted and damaged did their guy conveniently start taking pictures — clearly trying to make it look like the damage was there before. The whole thing felt staged and dishonest.
When I called to address the issue, the person who answered couldn’t have cared less. Their “response” was pure nonsense, offering no accountability and no real solution — just dismissive excuses.
These people thrive on deceit and will twist the situation in their favor no matter what. If you value your car, your wallet, and your sanity, stay as far away from Fast Tow as possible. They are not just unprofessional — they’re predatory.
Just saw a Soical media post of this company pulling a vehicle outta a parking lot, Ripping the bummer off a Sedan and instead of stopping and doing the right thing they dropped it and left the scene, that’s basically Hit and run. A Cowardly act this Driver did, would not recommend this company to anyone and or look after your property for illegal parked vehicles! This act the committed shows the integrity they have and imagine how many other vehicles this happened to! Would not recommend and glad the video is online going viral!
I was illegally towed from an empty lot. In the “impound” the front desk lies to you and tell you they are not part of these scamming company. They also damaged my car when towing it.
On June 6th 2025, I had my son (injured on the job from a torn ACL knee) and my X (had a May 5th Stroke) went to my son's apt to pick up somethings to stay in my house while recouping. And HAD my disability placard on dashboard. My truck was towed from property at 6:38 pm Friday. After I went to pick up my vehicle, was told. You have to pay. Showed documents of ALL that was going on, they said PAY!!!. Disgusted. Very disappointed.
I cannot express how outraged I am with the whole experience. My car was illegally towed despite CLEARLY following the parking rules. The signs in the parking lot stated that you have to be inside the store to park in that spot, and I was. I spent a solid 20 minutes inside, came out to find my car GONE. Completely unbelievable.The tow company was absolutely heartless and made me wait in a LONG line under the blistering sun, surrounded by others who had the same problem. The entire time, I was dealing with people who were rude, disrespectful, and seemed to not care one bit about the stress they were causing. They couldn’t care less that I was standing there in the heat trying to figure out what happened. The staff showed no empathy at all – they were just cold and dismissive. This entire situation was beyond stressful, and I will NEVER deal with these people again. Completely unprofessional. I’ve never been so frustrated by a business in my life. DO NOT trust this tow company! Stay far away, unless you want to deal with a nightmare.
Has some kinda tow scam going on in the area. Saw the tow trucks in a parking lot sitting there while they kept going to and from the same parking lot (near the cidercade). Watched them come take 5 cars in 20 min from the same place and spent 2 hours waiting in a 7 person line. We parked legally and still got charged 300$ to get the car back, when the tow yard is only a mile away.
If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Very rude. Not helpful. They ask for proof like insurance and id but then tell u its not good enough. Need original copy not screenshot copy. On a Sunday night. Like seriously who can get that??? Noone!!! Waste time patience for money. Hate this place.
Absolutely terrible experience. 2.5 hours waiting in line when it’s 97 degrees and outside in the full sun with no shade or water. Towed from a “customers only” parking lot when I was a customer of one of the establishments. People in line were nearly to the point of a riot, some called 911 because of the terrible conditions and no shade or water provided in line. The person at the window was completely overwhelmed by the people in line. Two people in line tried to take their car without paying for the impound: one made it with the police being called to find her, and the other was locked in the yard with tow trucks surrounding her vehicle not allowing her to leave until the police showed up. I played my fee and wasn’t allowed to get my vehicle because the police hadn’t arrived yet! There is no way to argue your case and you must just pay the $300 for the tow or even more if you try to fight it. This is a predatory business for sure! I am from Indianapolis and was visiting friends in Houston, and I will never plan to go downtown again! Where I parked, there were no options for paying to park anywhere and we had two places to go before leaving the area. Unfortunately, we chose to go across the street to a jeweler’s store before the coffee shop. We were at that store for no more than 40 minutes and purchased an engagement ring only to find our rental vehicle was towed when we returned to the coffee shop afterwards! Such a terrible experience! Coming from out of town, I’ll never recommend going to downtown Houston to anyone! Stay away from downtown Houston!
My worker had a ticket for parking without permit and immediately after that the tow truck appeared (what are the odds). They probably were following the enforcer officer. Is that legal?. We pick up truck at this place and the lady at the front desk very rude and discourteous. They have the speaker at the window and talk like they don't want you to hear. Every question I had, she did not know the answer. Why have her there? I get it. You need a rude person to attend this kind of business. This place deserve no stars at all!
Picked up my car and was "greeted" by multiple errors/warnings! Turned it on/off various times until I was able to drive off. I carefully headed to the nearest BMW dealer while avoiding busy roads and freeways. I am waiting for BMW to open so they can fix whatever DAMAGE this towing company caused. This car is new and I have not had ANY issues until this!
Based on other reviews, this company has a history of illegal towing and vehicle damage, I am the latest individual to be affected by their awful "service".
Very unprofessional—the front desk person will hang up on you. When you call, press 7 to get directly to them, because if you press 2 you’ll be on hold for much longer and it’ll probably be the same person as 7, and they’ll probably still hang up on you.
Don’t press the obvious 0 or else you’ll have to call back. It’s so stupid for 7 to be the operator and 0 to hang up on callers, unless you hate your customers, which this place obviously does because they make money on prolonging people getting their vehicles out of their muddyflipping lot.
It sounds backwards these days, but BRING CASH, if possible. There’s an upcharge if you pay with a debit or credit card, which they won’t tell you upfront until/unless you ask, and then they’ll point out a little dingy sticker posted on the front window. AND, the full name on the card must match the name on your ID exactly.
The lot is muddy and unorganized. They will have no idea where your vehicle is, and they will not offer any kind of help finding it. NO accountability for stolen items either.
Tow truck drivers hate this lot too, and it’s no wonder why.
The front window is so scuffed up, you can’t even see the person you are speaking to. They also don’t speak directly to the audible opening, so you have to put your ear up to it in order to even hear what they are saying. And they get annoyed when you ask them to repeat what they said.
Your vehicle will be ransacked for any valuables with no accountability.
This place is terrible but they’ll keep getting business from the city of Houston so if you are so unfortunate to find yourself having to deal with this very unpleasant establishment, just try to be prepared for the very worst experience you’ll have in an impound lot. Godspeed.
I wish I took more photos, but it’s not like this is a place that people would choose to have their vehicle towed to. If you do find yourself in the most unpleasant disposition to have to deal with this place, make the most of it and treat yourself to a visit to the Saint Arnold’s brewery down the street to make up for the misery of this place.
if this is the office with the lady who is named “karen” , she is extremely rude and honestly the most unprofessional individual i’ve ever met in life. I called to get information about a car and calmly explained the situation to which she proceeded to call me out my name. I asked for her name to which she sarcastically replied, cursed me out and hung up in my face with no further help. I I then had someone else call so that i could get the information about my vehicle and she blantly lied and told a completely different story about how I “ made fun of her”. I then went to said agency to get my car and she went to the back and had her associate help me until she left. I hope to i never have to deal with that woman ever again. The gentleman that helped me retrieve my car however was quick and polite. No problems with anything else except the lady. <3
I’ve been calling the office and emailing for two weeks now one of their drivers rear ended the back of my vehicle and left the scene without giving me any insurance information or his name. This company is extremely unprofessional and could not care less about the public or the laws that we have in place. A CDL driver should not leave the scene of a crime without giving any information. Office continuously tells me that there is no manager there for me to speak to and will not give me insurance information. If you are a paying customer stay away from this business.
I had a terrible experience with this towing company. I parked at a lot near CVS in Midtown, where a “self-parking” sign was clearly displayed. There were no visible instructions for payment, nor anyone present to collect parking fees, so I assumed it was safe to park.
When I returned from dinner, I discovered my car had been towed. After asking the employee at cvs and observing the lot, I realized the scam they are running: a man hides nearby and radios a tow truck as soon as someone walks away, even though there is no legitimate payment system in place. My car was towed in minutes, and I was charged $296.99
To make matters worse, the company doesn’t accept Amex or Discover, likely to avoid disputes over their predatory practices.
This place deserves no stars.....
My daughter's car was towed, legally taken, or illegally stolen, is not my concern at this moment. She got her car back, and in 6 days, her ball joint snaps while going down the highway. It's 2024. It should not have happened. Now the car is in the shop, and we're being told it'll cost 2.5K to fix it. When the tow company is called, we are told that no one is available to discuss the matter. Due to someone in your company's negligence, my daughter's car was damaged. What are you going to do to make it right?!
Heaven sent! The folks at Fast Tow are the Unsung Heros of Houston! The Fast Tow team are in a challenging business that unfortunately has them dealing with some of the worst people in Houston. Luckily, the team at Fast Tow has proven to be adaptive, proactive, practical, and efficient in their craft.
Waterwall Park in the Galleria had historically been frozen for hours each day due to traffic since visitors would park along the park despite "NO PARKING" signs being very clear and easy to see. This is despite a big garage being located across the street from Waterwall Park as well.
Thanks to Fast Tow, illegal parking has gone down, traffic as greatly decreased, crime has fallen, drug usage at the park has plummeted, there is less litter in the park, and 911 calls have dropped significantly due to Fast Tow saving the day!
The entire Galleria, Uptown, Hines Property Management, Greystar Property Management, and Houston Police Department thank Fast Tow for their services in bringing peace, safety, and law to Waterwall Park.
The drivers are unsafe and aggressive , a man in a Hawaiian shirt was screaming about cameras in trees and trying to back into cars with people in them. Completely unsafe behavior. Threatening with foul language to bystanders in front of children.
My husband and I went downtown for dinner, we saw that there was pay to park at CVS, which is very unusual but it was across from where we needed to be. We pulled in and there wasn't anyone collecting money, so we parked anyways. We come back from dinner and see our car is towed, so we waited and watched the parking lot to see what was going on.
The SCAM they're running at the CVS (CVS DOES NOT ALLOW THIS PAY TO PARK- as I called the corporate number to inform them)The guy in the parking lot waits for someone to park at CVS then hides behind cars, as soon as people walk away , because there is clearly no one collecting parking money, he radios to the tow truck hiding ,and withing minutes your car is towed for $300!!!!
Of course the company doesn't take amex or discover cards because customers will dispute this FRAUD and win!

I picked up my car after an hour, paid 292 dollars, I work for Doordash as a delivery man, they picked it up and after 50 meters they stopped and took a photo, every day I barely earn 50-80 dollars, I explained to them that I was a delivery man and there was no parking there, so disappointing it happene
