I had one of the worst experience with these guys last night! I have Good Sam Roadside and needed to get a battery boost after leaving the theater at about 11 pm. Good Sam dispatched Aspire . When the guy arrives his battery Jumpstart machine was not even working. He then left and said another guy was coming and sent me the other guys cell # . When I called him I was told he was 15 minutes away. After about 45 minutes I called again and inquired about hid true ETA. He then just hung up the phone and sent a screenshot that indicated he was 12 minutes out. After waiting another hour I called Good Sam who tried calling them and they did not even answer their call. After calling them once more to inquire about the eta, "( it's now 1 Am in the morning) "the guy started using profanity and stated "Just call someone else" and again hung up the phone. Good Sam did dispatch anther service provider but by this time a manager at the theater came out and gave me a battery boost. Made it home with my son at about 2 AM in the morning. These guys are very unprofessional and could careless about another humans safety!
Fast friendly service , when I needed it. Got service within an hour . Picked up my vehicle from the mechanic and dropped it off at another location , all business handled promptly over phone . Very professional.
They showed up quick. Jose was very friendly and professional. My car broke down in the middle of the street. I was super nervous because people were running up behind me and honking, yelling and cussing. Danielle answered the call and was kind and very helpful. Tools were stolen out of my truck when they towed it to the repair shop. They ripped out my dash cam but I have footage on the cloud. Called them about my tools but they never got back with me. I will be filing a police report.
Awful service. We called to a tow, told 30 minutes then told we needed to wait for a flat bed, 30 minutes later no call or eta given. Calls weren’t answered
I forgot to post this the other night, but I called after literally just Googling tow trucks near me when my friend was stuck on Cullen near UH by I45. Texas Best was the first option as sponsored so I hit call. They didn't answer, but I immediately got a text apologizing that they were on the other line and asked if I needed a tow. I asked the price, $149, to take the car from I45S at Cullen to Telephone and Lawndale. I thought $149 was a bit steep, but when Raul came out it was worth it because he got to us within 10 minutes, had the car on the truck in less than 5, and swiftly met us at the drop off with zero issue.
No one wants to call a tow truck, but I'm glad these guys had us taken care of. Thanks, y'all!
One of my O/O contacted Texas Best after he had a trailer sinking through the pavement incident. Driver sent over photos, got a quote and ETA. Luis w/ Texas Best showed up within the 35 minutes window he told driver, I was actually onsite as well. He assessed the situation, told us he needed a higher capacity truck, returned within 15 minutes with the correct equipment, lifted the trailer up out the hole, driver hooked back up and the rest is history. Stand up company, he stuck to his quote and did a fantastic job. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my 1st call.
Bryan at Texas Best Towing is terrific! I accidentally drove my rental car into over a foot of sticky mud. After trying to escape on my own, I realized I needed professional help.
Bryan said he would arrive in less than 30 minutes and he did! He was very efficient in getting my car out of the mud and the price was fair. I was impressed.

I don't usually favor any tow company over another, but these guys deserve the acknowledgement. The guy who took my initial call was friendly and informative. They were at my house within 30 minutes of the call. And the guy who showed up really went the extra mile. My car was not in a good position to be towed AND it was raining. He pushed my car, he did everything short of picking up the SUV and turning it. Good convo on the ride there, I felt very comfortable in the cab with him. And then helped push the car into place at the destination, too. And reasonably priced for the amount of physical labor he did to get my car on his tow bed. Definitely recommend!!!!
Thier names says it all. Called them at 5pm to hotshot a part from Huston to odessa for a down oil rig. From time of my call to the load dropped off to me 10 hours. I would definitely would recommend this great team to anyone.
NEVER in my life have I been treated with such disrespect! these people are very rude & overpriced, & did I mention RUDE!? Do not use this company. Yes they have almost 5 stars but in 2024 it’s easy to pay AI to leave you good reviews s! They disrespected my friend who was PREGNANT (at the time) took her money and did not even come to get her sons truck off of the side of the road until 1 week after she payed! Then I tried to used them out of desperation, but had the price switched on me 5 times & was given the run around & verbally assaulted by the office staff and the workers! I spent the rest of my day crying and with a headache looking for another towing company.

One of their “professional” drivers has road rage. Today 9.12 at 8:30 am a red truck was tailgating me and accelerated in morning traffic on 45N, downtown Houston. I was keeping a safe distance from a semi trucking that was trying to change lanes in front of me. He kept honking and riding me. It was a terrible experience, I really thought my life was in danger. If I had braked he would had crushed my car and I might not be here leaving this review. People who drive such powerful vehicle should use their blinkers to switch lanes and drive at a safe speed and be swerving in morning traffic.
