Saved me again! I called and he showed up in 30 minutes. He was very careful loading my Cadillac onto the flatbed. We got it to my house and into the garage even though the car could not move under it's own power. Very reasonable fee. Thank you. This will be the first number I call when I need a flatbed wrecker.

Great company , they came out and jumped started my truck. It took them 20 minutes to get here, bout 15 minutes faster than the other companies around. They guy I spoke with on the phone was very clear about price and friendly while preforming the sevice. Over all great experience!!

Stuck at HEB, 2 sick kids to get home too and Fernando with United got to me to help in under 20 mins. When I tell yall great service, it truly was. Not only did he check my starter and alternator, he replaced my battery, cleaned up the residue, and checked that my dash info like clock was synched again. To boot, the battery is WAY cheaper than walmart, autozone, etc. with install. This grateful mama is thankful Fernando saved the day!
Used through Allstate Roadside Be aware they will NOT drop your vehicle in the driveway when towed. A liability. Which to me means their drivers don't know how to unload in a driveway. Driver was absolutely great though!!
They were quick and efficient and able to get my SEMA truck up on the flatbed within 15 minutes of arrival. I called AAA at 615am, and the Truck was on the flatbed and on the way to the dealership by 725am. I would recommend them if you god for bid need a tow. They also got the f250 on the flatbed without issue and brought it into the dealer quickly! Thank you all for your help!

I was assigned this towing company through AAA and when they came to tow me because my car was stranded due to elevated water the lady rudely said she had to SWIM to get me so she refused to tow me and said I had to wait for the water to go down before someone could tow me. I saw her just pop her head out of the tower truck and drove off, not even checking to see if I was personally okay other than my vehicle. So I waited for two hours and HPD sent someone else to tow me because they were closing off that street. This tower said the water wasn’t even that high, so he easily towed me. The water was barely halfway past my tires (I drive a sedan). The tower said that lady just did not want to get wet. There was no remorse for leaving me stranded when I had called their dispatch. Now that I see other negative reviews, I do not regret leaving this review. There needs to be consistency in service and sympathy to those affected by Hurricane Beryl. The other tower company that helped me made me feel safe and reassured by their service and that’s an example this company needs to follow.
Al and Lee were amazing! The car was in a tough spot and they leveraged expertise and creative problem solving to preserve the quality of the vehicle all while keeping a very anxious owner calm. Great customer service, great knowledgeable employees. Cannot recommend them enough
I wish I could give them zero stars. They just completely ignored us all day. Everytime I called it was some excuse...they never showed up and would never give an explanation as to why they didn't show up. Poor poor poor poor customer service skills. The guy answering phone couldn't even get the name if the company right. He kept answering it towing united.
I am so glad we canceled the tow. Who knows how they would have handled our car. Very unprofessional.

I asked for an assistance from AAA and they sent me a technician from United and he told me that he’s 4min away, then after 15min I called him back asking about where he is. For some reason he got upset and they cancled my order without telling me and left me waiting for more than one hour. Poor service
AAA did not have a tow truck available for over 3 hrs. We searched the net for a tow near us and found United Roadside. Called and they arrived in 25 minutes like he said. Quick load and he took to dealership. No problem! Great Service!
This company was assigned through AAA to tow my vehicle. A representative called and confirmed the details of my tow. 2 hrs of sitting in the heat waiting, I call and they decline my calls. I call from another phone they pick up on the first ring and say they were at lunch and declined the tow 10 mins after they confirmed with me the details. I would never use a company like this and will be following up with AAA to see about getting them removed from their vendors list.
Whoever answered the phone 8/8/23 at 4:45 is so rude. Aaa sent me their contact saying that they will be the company handling the tow but no one ever showed. I called after seeing on their site that it says not aaa affiliated to confirm that no one was coming. Especially since aaa said that they were definitely coming. The man yelled, “We are not triple an and hung up.” They deserve no stars and need to get an attitude adjustment and to learn manners.
Called AAA for RV towing service they sent United the driver arrived to pick up the rv and complained about the hook up process however he took pictures to send to his dispatching and he was telling me I may have to pay out if pocket aaa covers 500.00 and he was telling me 1,000.00 out of pocket 1500.00 is insane to tow an rv 22miles he did not wanna deal with it from the beginning unprofessional waste of time.
They took a service request from AAA they failed to give an estimate. Been waiting for over 2 hrs at this point. Than just updated to another 2 hrs.... so unprofessional. Consider if your significant other on the side of the road in a not well illuminated location.
