Do Not! And I mean DO NOT use them! My silly behind should’ve listened to my first mind and went to the gas station near my job after work. However, trying to be closer to the freeway I estimated I could go to a different one. I estimated wrong. I called my car extended warranty and found out I just ran out so immediately I find them. They took over 2 hrs to get to me. You pay upfront so if you try to cancel you don’t get your money back. I was kind of in the turn around section of the street and the city’s towing truck a REALLY NICE GENTLEMAN said I’ll sit behind you with my lights on so you won’t get hit. He said if they don’t show up I’ll tie you to the gas station for free myself. He was such a gentleman and to have a true gentleman waiting with a single woman. But waiting so long my battery died. When he finally showed up the wanted more money because the just so happened to quote me the wrong price. I paid because it was mosquitoes I was tired and ready to get home. Then come to find out oh we need more money in order to jumpstart you. I was heated and broke down, after my breakdown he offered to just do it for free. Horrible experience! Horrible! I made sure to go home and add road side assistance to my insurance.
Called for a tow and was quickly attended to and booked for the tow. The tow truck driver called me 14 minutes after the initial call to let me know he would be there in 15 minutes. And he was! He went above and beyond to hook my vehicle up with care, and even gave my car a boost because it had gone dead from waiting so long on the insurance tow truck! Smh. Anyway, these are my new go to people because of the prompt no-hassle service, and excellent customer service I received via phone and in-person.
Do not call this company I called just now and the gentleman acts like you were bothering him. I’d rather pay someone else. It’s as if you’re doing us a favor when we’re paying them…🤦🏻♀️ no need to be rude
