  I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me but I really really appreciated his service! I requested the assistance through progressive and it was not covered by my insurance plan. He helped me jump started the car and I drove around the neighborhood and the battery died again. I didn’t know what to do so I called him again. He was already on the highway and came back just to help me start my car again. thank you!
