Most of the reviews are fake, as the service call 2 different places he gave me two different prices one before they came and then another price when we got thereβ¦horrible experienceβ¦
Because I value Customer Service, I am going to give my overall towing experience 2 out of 5 stars. The dispatch person, who I may believe is the owner of this company, was very cold, dry and flat and completely detached from me concerns as a customer. I am glad to hear that others have had great experience with his towing company, but I have to admit that Iβm not one of them.
Mohammad is an awesome guy. He was so helpful and kind, God bless him. Excellent Service! My car was broken down in cypress parkway and He helped me tow it to the NRG area. The price was friendly, service was good and timely. They arrived within a few minutes to my location and helped out. I was truly impressed. Thanks. If you have a need for a towing service.
